We've been skiing for 25 years, the last 6 with our children. We've rented equipment from all sorts of places over the years and I never felt compelled to leave a review until today. Eric at the Snowmass Village base store was amazing. The team was patient and extremely helpful getting our children fitted and out the door so they could make it to Ski School on time. Then helped my wife and I get the perfect set-up. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here at least once a year since 2014 in the winter and a few times in the Summer. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The rental skis are always in great shape and the bikes are clean and professionally maintained! No matter if it's ski or bike season you can always count on the staff and their management for the best service!

Rented a bike for a day at snowmass bike park, the attitude and service of all the staff was awesome

Evan helped me with my mountain bike. He was super helpful, knowledgeable, and a quick bike repair so I could get back to the bike park!

After skiing i put my skis in the rack outside. When I returned to go home they were not there. I went into Four Mountain and they said they would probably turn up the next day. I went to Four Mountains the next day and they had not been returned. They set me up with new skis with no extra charge. As I was leaving my skis showed up. I can not begin to tell you how accommodating and helpful they were.

Bike rental shop was absolutely terrible. I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option.

The guys here are super friendly and helpful! They helped me fixed my snowboard boot and just asked for "beer tips" in return :)
