Foi minha primeira experiência no quesito esquiar. Quero agradecer e frisar a total paciência e profissionalismo do instrutor Victor. Eu e minha mãe tivemos muito dificuldade em nos adaptarmos até nas coisas mais básicas, mas ele nos ajudou muito com sua paciência, educação e animação. Se precisavamos de alguma ajuda, por menor e mais especifica que fosse, ele não hesitava em ajudar.Meu pai ficou no grupo da instrutora Gayle, ótima também.Se você pensa em esquiar pela primeira vez e/ou quer alguém que consiga te ajudar e até mesmo acalmar para conseguir aproveitar, não hesite em procurar especificamente pelo instrutor Victor. Assim, posso assegurar que você terá uma ótima experiência.Sem ele, com certeza não conseguiríamos aproveitar. Coloco a foto aqui para que fique registrado, tanto à empresa quanto para os clientes, quem ele é.Meus sinceros cumprimentos e agradecimentos a ele.

My son bought a glove on the morning of 17/01, I sent him the same one to see the size, the seller helped, but he bought the wrong one, in the afternoon I went to exchange it, the seller said she couldn't exchange it, I called the manager, he He didn't change it and was very rude, didn't pay any attention, turned his back and walked away, terrible service.

A 5-star rental, the equipment is high-end and always well maintained. If they have any problems, they are changed as many times as necessary. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they do everything they can to provide a good experience. I will return without a doubt!

We had a fantastic experience with rentals and having my skis I brought with serviced. The boots were all new. Fast and knowledgeable. The guys and gals in the shop and check in suuuper helpful! Timothy pistorius is the best!!!! Ask for him!

Great experience! Signed up for a intro to downhill mountain biking class as a walk-up the morning of. Bike rental process was quick and efficient, got a terrific instructor, Justin, who was great at adapting the class based on my skill level. By the end of the day I was going down easy blues on my own. Can't recommend these lessons enough for first-timers who want to give downhill mountain biking a try!

The young kids who work in these shops are unqualified to fit skiers into boots. My wife returned hers 3 x and I ended up w shin bump after I was sized wrong and my boots were worn out and caused my injury. The equipment is old and staff is unexperienced

I was looking after many years of my family telling to try some demo skis, 4 Mountain came under my radar. Going in the reception was friendly and business like. I was directed to the Demo department. Charley was there to help me. I explained what I was looking for. He asked various questions about my skiing. He went on to bring out several skis. He explained to me about the skis and we both decided on Black Crow 180 Serpo skis. Went to the slopes, at first thought they were not for me but after a while they were a hit! Everything that Charley said was true. The carving the tight turns and the speed also they were much lighter than my skis. My experience with your associate Charley was Awwsome! He's a pro knows his stuff and a value to company. Give him a raise or a promotion! Thanks Charley for a great set of Demo's made my vacation a plus! Peter Fitzmaurice
