If you need to get your skis, waxed and tuned and get yourself back on the mountain, go see Matt at this location. Great guy upstairs he he works quick. Does great work and will get you back where you belong which is being sick in the snow.

Need to demo some ski’s ?…..Go see Matt upstairs. He is fast, efficient,…and best of all had a great, friendly attitude. Really helped my wife out selecting some demo’s. Great example of how customer service should be !

The first 2 snowboards they tried to give me as rentals were very beat up, bad edges and deep gashes. The woman apologized when I pointed out how badly the birds she was offering me were beat up. I declined both of them and asked to see a 3rd, which ended up being a great board. My wife rented some great skis from them also. We got in and out of the rental shop efficiently.Overall I would rent here again but I recommend you inspect the equipment before accepting it, make sure you are getting a well tuned board/skis

When I unexpectedly lost a ski at the top of the mountain, I suddenly found myself in the market for new skis. Nick, Travis, Austin, Marvin and crew were so awesome in helping me demo and pick out the ideal pair for me. When we discovered they did not have the set I wanted in stock, they are going above and beyond by ordering them for me from another store, mounting the bindings, then shipping them across country for me to Georgia! Amazing comfortable service! I know that next time I’m in need for all things snow, my first stop will be Christy’s Sports thanks to the folks in Snowmass. Thanks again y’all!

DIsappointed with your service. I can’t believe that such a service can exist in Aspin. When I started asking about the services you provided, stuff member couldn't answer me clearly, and say me price much higher then price on the price board. And also when I asked about the need to remove the bidengs from the snowboard for hot wax, because if not removed it could harm my board. Inted of explanation he just refused me service ?. And offered to go in next store . Ok I went, and paid my money to your competitor. ??♂️

Popped in a little earlier today to pick up a set of bindings to get mounted up to my skis . Matt and Cody we’re knowledgeable and exceptionally well versed in the industry and gave me a hand picking out the necessary equipment and even gave me a rundown on what it takes to get the job done proper while they mounted up my bindings , Thanks y’all ! ??

Easy store to do business with. They have a very wide selection of ski clothes skis and boots. Their boot fitting is excellent and they mount your new bindings on your new skis for no charge. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel very welcome.

Whoever is answering the phone on Thanksgiving this year escalated things very rapidly and was very rude when I was politely asking normal questions.I called about renting boots and was told I could get cheaper prices online (thanks! Helpful advice). I looked online and found I needed to reserve at least 24 hours in advance. Since I was reserving for the next day, this wasn't going to work. I called.back. Here's the transcript of the call as accurately as I can remember:Me: HelloClerk: Hello, how can I help?Me: I just called in and was told to look online for ...Clerk: Yeah, nobody gives a s***... How can I help youMe: Excuse me, are you talking to me? (I thought he was saying that to somebody else since it didn't make sense)Clerk: Yes.Me: Why are you talking to me like that? (genuinely confused, not angry)-- Clerk hangs up --I understand it's a bummer to work on Thanksgiving but this was rude to the point of being confusing. Clearly I'm not going to spend money here.We called another of the many places that rents out equipment and they were polite and professional. I feel so much better supporting local businesses that treat their customer well, with basic respect and decency.
