We recently processed a buck and were more than pleased with the cusomer service and the quality of the meat we took home. The meat came in labeled clear vacuum sealed packaging. The meat was clean and packaged well. We got both their teriyaki meat sticks and their house made jerky and neither were a disappointment. We were pleased with the overall customer service as first time customers and their fair pricing.

In house made sausage is spectacular, meat is packaged with care, and all the people have a warm small Town personality.

I picked up a whole pig that I had ordered from Winter's Cattle that was processed here. I experienced great customer service. They listened to my requests on my processing sheet. A kind man helped load everything into my coolers as I had three kids with me. I would definitely use again!

There’s some creepy old guy by the name of kase? I believe? Well I went in with my darker boyfriend and he just stared us down and made us feel totally unwelcome. He mumbled something but I couldn’t quite hear it. I never ran out of a place so fast. He is definitely racist and evil. Do not come here and give this awful awful man your money.

We brought 7 lambs to be processed. We had an easy time finding it and everyone was very helpful. The packaging was nicely done and the cuts of meat are very tasty. We will be back next year.

I have been trying to get three birds processed, 2 drakes and a rooster, for about 3-4 weeks. I would call and they would say either they are busy and could not do it or to schedule earlier in the week as they only process them on Saturdays. Okay, I called Tuesday said I just really need to get the rooster processed as he is overly aggressive and I was told that I don’t need an appointment. I am new to their facility and realistically new to the chicken experience. I dispatched the chicken before I set out of Kiowa to get the task done. Upon arriving two of the people, a man and woman, said they can’t process because of bacteria. I made a clean kill on the bird no hit or any other trauma. I know for sure that 1/2 hour will not harm the meat. I hunt and have seen people still butcher elk that were left overnight and ducks and geese harvested from in the field earlier in the day. I get it, it’s October, if you didn’t want to do the job close that down until season is over or business slows. But I felt bad as the meat did go to waste now as I had no where else to turn after driving there from Kiowa. I would never recommend this facility to anyone .Ps on a last note I rarely, if ever, get mad enough to write a review!

Unfortunately I have a bad review for this place .. they did not read my cutting instructions called several times to review my instructions and they never called back to confirm .. my calls went unanswered 3 times.. I now have a lamb that is lacking the cuts I wanted and as I called to let them know I don’t get a call back and I recall and the answer is we are busy . They realized they messed up yet no callback no apology no way no offer to make it right .. the weight of the animal does not match the output I received . Sadly disappointed.. will never use them again buyer beware

The staff are all friendly. They were super busy loading people out. They were super quick and got us loaded and out the door in no time.
