Wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought my subaru from them about 4.5 years ago and have had to go in specifically to this shop several times over the years due to Subaru specific issues.Never have I walked out of there satisfied with my service and even remotely glad I brought my vehicle there. From their sales department, to their technicians, service representatives, and even management - this place is an absolute joke and everyone there is incredibly incompetent. With the amount of turnover this place has seen, I blame it on the culture they have established there - provide the worst possible service at the highest price.EXAMPLES OF THEIR SERVICE:-I was straight up told by a technician that I pay more because I'm a stupid girl who doesn't know anything. Very professional.-I had to call the GM of Groove for them to honor my warranty through their own shop, and spent 3 months going back a forth with them.-Up charged $300 to turn on a vacuum while balancing my tires-Cigarette butts found in car after service (I do not smoke cigarettes)- Failed to do actually check everything on an inspection and lied on it (said my tires were the correct psi, when every tire was off)I could easily keep going, but you get the picture. Take your money else where and drive to Denver if you need a dealership.

For Context I've lived in Summit County for over 20 years, and about 2 miles from this businesses, and have been trying, to support Groove that entire time.But I just can't anymore, except for emergencies, I will be taking my Subaru, and Dodge down to Denver/Boulder for service. Groove's admin is extremely bad, and literally, always has been. They'll tell you every few years, they're making changes, or there is new staff, and things are getting better... but it's never true.I can never call and get a person, I tried a dozen times my most recent time, over several hours. Then I was finally going to try and leave a message...but then got hung up on. I have to drive down there to talk to them anytime I need to discuss anything.This recent trip, an oil change and tire rotation, that I had to book a Month and a half in advance... a month and a half.... they actually didn't get my 8:30am apt done, that I left my truck for the night before.. until 3:30pm.They changed the oil type from semi, to full synthetic without telling me...Again this isn't just "THIS" time, it's every time, through the last decade +. I've gotten personal numbers from Managers, to call directly, but then they leave...It's so bad that when I bought a brand new CrossTrek in 2021, I drove down to boulder to do it. I drive down to Boulder to have it serviced.The technician's there have always done a solid job. But the lack of any communication, availability, or professionalism from the front office staff is draining.They FORGOT about my buddies truck for 3 days. 3. Days. He had the same thing, called, and called, called, and finally had to drive down. He unfortunately doesn't live as close... and yea, they just forgot about it.These two instances happened in the last 90 days.

A few years ago I needed a vehicle to get around in the snow. I bought a new jeep 2018 it is amazing.Now that my old lady works, I bought her a new Subaru 2024 legacy to drive to work,she loves it. We worked with David sales guy and he was very knowledgeable about what he does. Made this experience very easy and some what painless.Hopefully in a few more years or less I'll be buying another vehicle from groove auto.

David make picking out and getting my new car easy and hassle free. I highly recommend him as a sales person. He explained everything really well. He even fixed a problem I had after buying the vehicle really quickly! I would definitely go here again. They have excellent customer service.

I am not an easy customer, i am extremely nervous, anxious and have a very set budget. I've had multiple devastating experiences at other Dealerships, but these guys. Joe, Neal, Karen and the entire crew fought tirelessly to get me everything from extended coverage to lower more manageable rates despite the % being as high as they are now. Neal walked me through the finances, explainig what each charge was and why, which helped calm my anxious little brain.Funny part: I know the owners believes in their vehicles because, when I went to get the car the owner was test driving it themselves, bonus! It had a full tank of gas and was detailed when I picked it up.

We had a great experience at Groove Subaru in Silverthorne. The whole team offered excellent customer service and took the time to answer our questions to ensure we got all of the features we wanted with our new car. Seth made sure to review all features and helped set up the first user profile before we left the lot. We also got a check-in call a few days after our purchase to make sure everything was working well.

Unless you are buying new then do not buy from here. My wife and I were employed at this dealership and somehow pressured into this vehicle with promises of being taken care of instead of buying a new impreza. As of right now this car has spent around 3months back at this dealership. I cannot begin to tell you all the reasons things couldn't get done in an appropriate manner. We started off with things that were not done properly when they replaced the engine with a brand new one. Car sat for at least a week or maybe 2 that time. They used the same old engine mounts causing a strange vibration in the car. Definitley sat there for 2 weeks. Summer came and there was no A/C because someone forgot to recharge after engine replacement, found other things that apparently needed to be done. That may have been a bit over 2 weeks. Between that time i replaced all the rotors, brakes and bearings to save money fro.their ridiculous rates. Which brings us to know. I have seals and hoses that are failing, again to my understanding, that should not be failing due to improper installment and an O²sensor that just burst out of its threads causing my timing belt cover to melt. Grand total from dealership $2000 to fix no guarantee something else even more expensive isn't on the horizon. Sorry, also forgot to mention blown radiator on the road. After tow, hotel and repair $1000. Still owe $12,000 and the new GM(may as well be the old gm) offered me a measly $5000 saying I didn't pay for any of the repairs from before. Word of advise to anyone trying to negotiate or willing to negotiate, do not mention getting an attorney. They are praying and hoping you do this. The moment you say anything about getting an attorney they will tell you they cannot continue to talk to you or further negotiate that now it is in the hands of their attorneys and yours if you choose to pursue. I do not want to take away from the good hard working techs and service writers but if you wanna get city screwed you may as well just go down to the city and get screwed. This is my first subaru and possibly my last. Whats the point of buying a car you have to go to Denver to.get serviced. Thank you new GM and thank you again groove for continuing to fail your community!

Came by for a test drive, Dan was super great about it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.Only thing I would change would be to have had more time to drive the car without the salesmen coming along I know they do this to help answer questions for you and keep a eye on the vehicle on the test drive it just felt over reaching though. Sometimes it's Nice just to experience the major purchase I'm considering making just getting to take it in on my own. Great dealer and salesman though for sure.

My experience buying a new Jeep was great. Dan, my salesperson, provided very professional support during the process, was very responsive and provided me all the information I needed to really understand the leasing process (had planned on buying but the leasing incentives were very good). I think he could see I needed a little time to get comfortable with all the details, and he made sure to give me the space and time I needed. Once I made the decision, the actual leasing process could not have been easier - Dan, the sales manager and the finance manager were all great to work with. This was definitely the easiest and most professional process I have ever encountered in terms of buying a new vehicle.

Had vehicle problems on our way back home from a family trip. The lovely Mrs. Karen and Ed Ryan help solve the issue with ease. I recommend going if you're experiencing car problems or if buying a vehicle. My family and I are very grateful for the kind treatment through this endeavor. We'll be back to purchase a vehicle in the near future.

I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience purchasing a vehicle here! Joe & Karen were extremely helpful in answering questions & truly making the process feel fun as they say. Having to purchase remotely, I really appreciated the amount of info & photos available for the car, the affordability, & how easy the process ended up being. The cherry on top was them delivering it out to me, which meant a world of difference as I'd been suddenly without a vehicle. Thanks for everything!

My Crosstrek threw an engine rod and these guys were able to get a warranty claim approved and saved me ~7K, even though my vehicle was slightly outside the coverage window. Big thanks to Patrick and Daniel for their help. I’ll be returning next time I have an issue. Thank you!

Visited Groove this afternoon and was very satisfied with the entire experience. Seth helped match me with a used Nissan that was in my price range, he was helpful and upfront and honest. I got a good deal on a low-mileage SUV. Would definitely buy at Groove again and highly recommend. ??
