Needed to upgrade from an old twin to a queen mattress. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful in selecting a new mattress and making sure it would fit the way I sleep.

This company has the worst customer service ever! I bought two washer and dryers units from them they charged me for installation and didn't even check to make sure they were installed properly! There team showed up and refused to wear booties or take off their shoes even thought there was mud and snow outside. I called and spoke to there manager Walter and he refused to help in any way! Told me I had to get a hold of LG that it was their issue! Only it wasn't! It's Appliance Service Center issue! No help what so ever! I would never use them.

We have purchased 3 appliances and 2 mattresses from the Silverthorne Colorado Appliance Factory and Mattress Kingdom. We had a problem with one of the appliances, and had little help from the manufacturer. Rick, the Silvertorne manager, stepped in and had the appliance replaced. All three appliances were delivered and installed by Brad Waters and his associates. He is a knowledgable, considerate, and personable young man. We were informed days before delivery. We got a text the day before every delivery informing us of the time frame of the delivery. If you are in Summit County, Colorado and are looking to purchase appliances or mattresses, I HIGHLY recommend this store. This is all they specialize in, and they do it well, matching any price in the county.
