Tim, the owner was GREAT to us tonight! At the end of the meal he came to the table and asked if we had a good meal! I watched him seat people and never did he bat an eye to assist waiters and waitresses! The hotel staff also are AMAZING. Overall 5 stars and if I could give 10 I would!!

The location is very nice and lots of room in the restaurant. The place filled up by 730 and did take a while to get the check. But the bison short rib was the most incredible meat I’ve had very rich and the bison come from a local ranch. The ribs were good not chewy or fall off the bone but good.
