Just got my 2nd groom here after switching from Petco. My dog seemed so happy after both visits and she looks great! Jen took great care of my dog and I was able to get an appointment with 3 days notice!

Jen bought this salon in January 2024 and is not a groomer. Neither is Traci. She hired me to train them to groom but they have proven to have poor ethics and no integrity. They have me put a finish haircut on every dog until a few months in they think they “got it”. Lesson be learned, be kind and fair and honest or you will create your own nightmare. You started out by ripping off Becky and now you are ripping off her clients by posing as a professional groomer. Shame on you.

We recently moved to the area. Becky was so great with our two pups and made them very comfortable in a new place. They they look so cute! Our dogs are tiny. One is a bit nervous (6 pound poodle) and the other is aggressive and has quite the attitude (schnauzer- 6 pounds ). We’re so happy to have found Healthy Pet Haven /Becky!! We have two very cute, happy dogs. ?

Best grooming you'll find in the Silverthorne-Dillon-Frisco-Breck area. Becky is a kind and knowledgable dog handler and experienced all breed pet stylist. It's nice to know your best friend will be handled with respect and great care at this groomer.

@SteshWax. I waited two weeks to get my puppy in and drove an hour to arrive at the appt on-time and then greeted with comments about being unaware that my dog is a 22-lb mini aussiedoodle. Becky made comments about not knowing that my dog was a mini and then stayed she would require 1.5 hours or so, and wanted to know if I could just come back tomorrow. Even after I explained that I drove an hour for a scheduled appt. She just said that it was going to take a long time and if I was willing to wait. Becky claimed that she didn’t know what kind of dog my puppy was etc…and for whatever reason this was her excuse for whatever scheduling chaos was occurring. So, I said forget the appt and then I reviewed our email exchange later. In our conversation, I was explicit about the breed and even shared the weight of my puppy. Ironically, while I had to drive a hour back home, I was somewhat relieved to pass on the appt. The place was not very clean. There were 3-4 large dogs in kennels, barking and she just seemed overwhelmed . I was concerned about leaving my dog there. Of the two grooming places I’ve taken my puppy (we moved here from out of state), I’ve never felt so unsettled and surprised by the lack of consideration of my time and the lack of respect for the appt. If you wouldn’t mind sharing where you took your dog for a grooming spot, I’m still in search of a great, friendly, clean facility. I’m willing to drive the hour-plus and pay a premium for outstanding customer service.

Got both of my huskies groomed here before and was happy. However, I tried making an appointment for one of my huskies last month. I was offered two last minute day of appointments which I could not make as I work and live over an hour away from Dillon. When I asked to scheduled I was told that they were booked out until the 3rd week of July, which I was fine with. I never heard back. It’s now the end of July and I still have no appointment and had to book elsewhere. I would have just preferred to schedule and get on the books for July but I was never offered that option.
