Rude and unhelpful
Stopped in for simple repair on kids bike
Perfect condition except pedal bar came loose
Simple repair ( which I later made myself and took it for a ride this morning)
Was told they dont work on department store bikes and I should trash it

Had shifting issues, Scott quickly identified it was actually an issue with the freehub, fixed it, and I was back on my bike in no time! 10/10 recommend. Great bike/ski shop with excellent workmanship, and reasonable prices.

Best bike mechanic in Summit County, Brian. He's passionate about bikes and very thorough, he found and fixed the issue when other shops turned me away. Don't forget to tip him. Its worth the drive from Breck. Also very cool gear store with BC ski guide books, cool hats, bike tools, etc.

Great shop! My gear shifters needed replacement while I was on vacation in Keystone. David replaced them quickly and got me back on the trails. These guys were incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Great service spot. The people here seem to know what they are doing better than anyone else in summit co. David in particular helped me out. They are really easy going, and aren’t just trying to get you to leave your bike with a blank check. They helped as much as they could without charging me and then made some great suggestions on parts. All very reasonable and on point. Highly recommend them for any tunes or servicing.

Got recomended this place to mount telemark. Called and said I had BD 02 bindings, and the guy on the phone said they could mount them. He even had the exact same bindings!Showed up an hour later and was told "I won't do this".
