Won't do notaries for non-members even after asking to pay for it

Bad costumer service both in person and on the phone Had to close account with this bank because no one can help you without the verbal password which i have no idea what it is.

Allan was so helpful today. I and the business I work for have banked with this branch for 10+years. Even tho I have moved, I keep my account with them bc their team members are awesome!
