Our local driver is the nicest guy and very prompt. BUT the Silverthorne office and FED EX support is absolutely horrible. No local contact information and even the other drop off sites in town curse them if you call and ask them why a customer can NOT reach a human for ANY sort of assistance. Our local USPS has been a raging failure for the last decade and it seems fedex has joined the decay.

Why does the website for the FedEx office in Silverthorne, Colorado not say anything about being closed from noon until 1:00? I drove from Leadville to pick up a package and arrived just at noon, but the doors were already locked. I had to waste an hour until the office opened again. I counted at least three employees, so why does it have to be closed at the most convenient time for people to visit?

FedEx said they were open. Google said they were open. Drove there to pick up my package and they were not open. There is also no way to call this location, you just get the FedEx call center.

I was told there was a weather delay on June 13, 2025. It was 67 degrees, sunny, 7 mph wind, and no chance of precipitation. I guess it was too sunny for the driver to do his job. Fed Ex has stolen my packages and cannot deliver. Use any other shipping service.

You guys have to get back to delivering to Post offices. That is ridiculous, it's already hard enough getting deliveries in this county. Seems like quality of service has drastically gone down in the last few months. Way more late packages and damaged items. Guess I'll use a different shipper that has their act together.

Ordered a cake for a birthday that was set to arrive Thu 1/9. Had confirmation that the cake was out for delivery both Thu 1/9 and Fri 1/10 but was not delivered. Delivery updated to Mon 1/13 since they are closed on the weekend, but now when no one is at the property. Property is 25min away from the Fedex location.

New manager has made some stupid rule since the big thanksgiving snow storm that they no longer deliver to Breck PO Boxes, but they will accept packages and hold them indefinitely with no update or info. I’ve had packages delivered thru this center for over 5 years. Sucks we have to boycott now, it’s UPS only for Breck people now
Just had a really bad interaction, old white hair lady with terrible attitude threatened to send my package back to sender after retrieving it and placing it on the counter. Terrrible service extremely entitled attitude from these old people, don’t bother going

Was told they no longer will deliver packages to the physical address of the post office in Breckenridge. Then was also told that they no longer deliver to my home physical address in Breckenridge either. If you’re going to stop delivering packages to Breckenridge at least extend your hours so people who work during the week can come pick up packages before 9am or after 5pm.

Apparently there is a new policy that Fedex will no longer deliver to the post office, which is how a large portion of us in Summit get our packages. If we don’t know Fedex will be used, we wont give a residential address when ordering. Fail.

This ship center was very friendly and fast! I was in and out in under 6 minutes. I would have been fast if I had the shipping information out and ready. Thanks FedEx, for being so efficient and make me feel so welcomed.
