It's 1:25pm on a Saturday afternoon and the store is locked up tight. No sign, no anything, but no one is there.

We drove three hours to shop at Carter’s. The website stated they opened at 10am, when we arrived at 10:15am there was a hand written sign on the door with temporary hours stating it opened at 11am. When we came back at 11:30, the doors were still locked and there was no answer at their phone number. Extremely disappointing.

Friendly staff. Had a lot of variety of dresses for my 5 year old daughter!
