staff was rude, stared you down the entire time but offered zero help. manager was having a very loud and unprofessional conversation on the phone where the entire store could here, not coming back.

I really like the Calvin Klein outlets but I was a little disappointed this time when I visited. I made a purchase and the item was not correct. I took it back and exchanged it for the correct item but they did not honor the discount that they gave me the first time. When I went in the first time I was given a discount of 20% and then when I repurchase the correct item they said they can't give me that discount. They said the 20% is only good for one purchase and I told them this is my one purchase. The original one was the incorrect item and now I'm repurchasing the correct item but they still would not do it. A bit disappointing.

Everything was going fine until we went to check out. The staff was unaware that we knew Spanish and they were talking about us. When our friend and I went to go check out. We each had something to pay for so the guy happily took my friend but when it came to me the girl that he was working with "whispered" she didn't want to take me. She proceeded to take the next person in line instead of helping me check out. Mind you while she was checking that person out she took a personal phone call and told them to wait until she was on her break to call her. Please speak to your staff about situations like these which I imagine happen often.

Wow very little selection here for women and extremely few leather goods. I normally enjoy checking out the CK bags but this store had just a few bags and wallets. Also, very few clothes, especially tops. Walked in, walked out.
