My husband and I have skied before, but this was our first time with our 2 children ages 3 and 5. Blue Valley employees were incredibly kind, efficient and removed any stress from getting fitted for skies and boots. It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this business. We truly appreciate how they made accommodations for us!

Horrible service!!!!! We arrive on the morning of March 1 and no one greets us. They only have one customer and act like they can’t take a large party.

Great experiencing renting ski gear! Staff was super helpful in making sure things fit and felt good before we left the store and it was really nice to pick up the skis the night before we hit the slopes. Maybe the comfiest ski boots I’ve ever worn?

We’ve used Blue Valley for the past 5 years and every experience has been positive. We have had a few hiccups but they have always gone above and beyond to serve.They are attentive to your needs and patient with kiddos.Reserving online greatly affects the experience- it is always the best method, and you can tell they appreciate preparedness. They for sure take walk-ins but if you can, be courteous and they respond in kind.The staff comes up with creative solutions and truly feels like a family shop rather than a big chain.
