SAG installs top quality parts from NAPA, to avoid premature failure, and they do all they can to retain experienced mechanics. This is an important consideration since other garages underpay their mechanics and have a much higher turnover rate. You can take your vehicles to SAG with confidence that you are being treated fairly. Service may take a few days to complete, but that's because they are constantly booked by knowledgeable fleet managers and sensible private parties around Summit county. “I was down and far from home on a Sunday at 4:30,John, the tow driver, after talking with me about the problem, suggested he take it to this shop because he called the mechanic.Dusty stayed, analyzed the problem and was able to order the hose. Mind you, this is a Sunday night! This was first rate service.”
“Honestly, one of the most exceptional experiences I’ve had in an auto shop. I burned my brake rotors coming down the Eisenhower tunnel, which I later heard is fairly common, and I was not only able to have it promptly repaired, but the guy running the desk (wish I had snagged his name!) taught me how to downshift. We don’t have hills where I’m from; I had no idea downshifting was even a thing!
