Worst one of the whole brand. Don't buy gift cards here. We are $250 in the hole on gift cards that don't work because the cashier made a huge mistake during the transaction and somehow they can't figure out how to reverse the charges. We are going to have to go thru the bank to get our money back. If it's that difficult why is any employee allowed to do it?Several lies later, another manager at another Kum & go, who has her act together, was able to fix the situation in all of 30 seconds. A piece of advice for anyone in customer service, when you don't know how to do something, lying to the customers face is never the answer. Not one time will it ever be the answer. (Sincerely, the manager of a customer service based business.)

Thought this was a nice gas station. Stopped in the night before Thanksgiving and the people working were all very pleasant. Bathrooms were clean, great place to stop, take a quick pic for the gram then continue on with your travels. If I’m ever in Silt again, I’ll probably stop by again

Had to do some long distance driving and all the other gas station restrooms were filthy. But when I walked in, I was blown away. The store was clean and the restroom was immaculate! The attendant was super nice. I am impressed !
