I've been to four Xfinity stores in the last 2 days, and this was the only store that was honest and acted like they cared for me as a customer. Might be a little further, but I'll be going to this store until my patience with Xfinity runs out

Had a perfect experience here. Granted, I was only returning my equipment... but nevertheless it went as smooth as smooth could go. I was greeted upon entering the store. I didn't have to wait at all to talk to someone. When I did, his name was Kai? Super cool guy! Very respectful. Very helpful. Very knowledgeable AND verrry professional! It was refreshing to have such a positive interaction with someone in customer service

If you are a current customer, you know how much of a pain in the ass this company can be. That being said, if you need help, go to this location. Riley did a great job helping me through my issue and was able to save me a good deal of money by switching my plan around. Now it’s cheaper and better. This is by far the most competent service I have received since becoming a customer, and from what I saw, the same could be said for the other employees in the store.
Riley - I never received the text for the survey so I felt compelled to leave this review. If I had, it’d be a 10 all day brother. Thanks again and keep up the good work!

Everyone from the technical team and management was super kind and helpful! They were professional and very understanding and knowledgeable. Would absolutely come to this store again for any assistance

Moved to Sheridan from Nebraska and searched out the local providers for cell and laptop signals.
Ended up with both being supplied by these folks, half mile from my residence.
Everything's perfect, and I've been able to download the help app and visit the store for immediate help, even on holidays.
5 stars on a 4 star scale.

Nope, I told one of the employees that I was going to need a plan that would include texting and calling for no extra charge outside of the US. But they said all I needed was to get the Canada and Mexico pass, and if one of my family members went there, I wouldn't be hit with extra charges. behold two statements, i got hit with extra charges up the rear. now I'm paying around $166.90 for getting the wrong add-on. I will switch to another carrier; I didn't have a problem until now.

A lot of us come here because sometimes something isn’t working, an account needs to be started or canceled. And I have to say - these guys always make it a pleasant experience. They’re salesmanship is polite, fun, and one of these days I’m going to be sold.
I really do appreciate the folks who work here. Please continue to be polite, respectful, and helpful. I hope that continues, and I’ll stay a customer.

Customer service is a computer that tells you to get online and then you get online and it tells you to call customer service. No one in the store can help you either. This company sucks.

The guy name with Zach, he needs to be trained properly that how to communicate with customer..
He sayings upfront that i can’t help you out and I just went to the store to get my device unlocked but he refuses to help me and saying I’m sorry I can’t help you and call the Xfinity customer care.
I’m gonna switch my WiFi, TV and my family plans to the another carrier and I’m done!!

I had dropped my phone and was in need of a replacement device. I came in trying to upgrade my phone. Then a guy named Mehdi Hussein who works at this store lied to me and told me if I bundled a second line, Internet, and my current line it was going to be cheaper than what I was already paying. That was not the case. As a matter of fact what he did was fraudulent because he opened another account under my name. I called support wasted 3 hours of my day trying to figure this out and they even told me I was lied by the salesman. Thank goodness I was within the 2 weeks to cancel. Watch out for these liers trying to do whatever to get extra commission by opening up additional accounts. And promising bundle "promotion". Before you accept anything make sure you see it in writing.
