We decided to use Willie Bz thru a recommendation of Gravina Windows. We needed a company that would work in conjunction with our window replacement company to redo all our stucco and add stone. We agreed on a price and the details 3 months ago and he out of the blue calls to cancel. It really put us in a bind because he was the only mason to ask us to order and pay for our stone separately. So we can't just "easily switch" to a different company. And now we may not have the correct amount of stone needed so if additional stone is needed it will be a new batch and not match exactly. I would also like to note I should have trusted my instinct. Willie took weeks to return calls and he initially told me the square footage of stucco incorrectly- by 75 percent. I had to figure it out myself. He did very little if anything for us in the process. We had all the colors, stone etc pre approved by our HOA etc. So now we get to have a pile of stone in front of our house for who knows many months until we find a new stucco/mason company. Steer clear from this guy. He claims from one guy quitting he must shut down his whole business lol. Really?!?
