Upgraded my phone and was helped by Tommy and Miguel, they were both very personable and and went above and beyond to help me out. Tommy really helped me up with several plan perks ands discounts and Miguel helped me out with picking accessories for my new device. Great service and great experience!

I had THE most amazing time at Verizon in River Point. The minute I walked in everyone made me feel comfortable. Liahm explained everything so clearly when I was looking for an upgraded iPhone. Everything was explained and he made sure I understood what I was getting all with respect and complete professionalism. I will tell my friends how great this store is. Best phone buying experience I’ve ever had. Matthew helped me out and he was awesome. He had an answer for every question I had and switched everything from my old phone to new phone for me while I got to just hang out. He was great!

Last Thursday evening I took my elderly mom to the Verizon store to switch out her old Samsung S9 to a new S23. Tommy the store manager helped us. He was patient and really took the time to help us and get my mom's new phone up and running which wasn't easy since the old phone didn't have any memory left. I would definately recommended going to this store and having Tommy or his team help you. Great customer service!!!

We worked with Matthew who by what he told us he’s new. we had 4 people that we wanted to have in our new line and he told us that he could help us save money and in one of the phones we asked for international calls to Venezuela later when we get the bill we see that they have charged us for the international calls even tho we asked for it on one of the phones which we should have already been paying for and we get charged and extra line even tho there’s only four of us and got charged 300 and something dollars. Then we go back and he said he fixed it but now we’re getting charged THREE more lines and have to pay 400 to 500 dollars which we won’t pay for. He did a bad job explaining things and we saved no money might as well cancel our line since the WiFi is also very slow
