“This was my first experience with Big Brand, and they were great! Everyone was helpful and they provided a ride to and from my home while they were replacing my tires. I told them that my good spare was on the car, but it was not communicated to the shop and my tire was mistakenly discarded. I was dealing with some medical issues in our family and it was several weeks before I realized what happened, so I felt partially responsible. Ken was nice enough to replace it with a new tire at no charge, which was really helpful and kind. Will go here from now on.”

“Ruben was top notch! I had a problem based on poor service from another local garage. Ruben made sure to give me pictures and a full explanation as to what his diagnostic found so that I could go back to the original place and hold them liable to repair the damage properly. He also did not charge me!! He was extremely helpful and gave A+ customer service. I have been there in the past for larger fixes, but I think I will start going to them from my oil changes and smaller things because the service is exceptional. In addition, they also arranged for a ride to and from my home through Lyft for FREE. I highly recommend this location!!”

“hello, today I originally came in for oil change and a brake inspection with winshield wipers. After, Mason one of the workers, inspected my car he noticed that my brake pads were bad and gave me great advice on why I should get them changed right away. I was going to wait two more weeks LOL. my car is riding good better then what it was. Brakes Plus on S Yosemite ave is the way to go! Wonderful customer service, very knowledgeable people.”

“Hotchkiss really cares about you as a customer. I just had a very positive experience with a mechanic, Marsellus (not sure of the spelling). Hotchkiss also has this cool digital notification system where you can take time to research the suggested repairs and decide what you want to pay for, without the time crunch of being on the phone with a mechanic.”
