The employees have always been nothing but pleasant and nice to me so I feel very comfortable here. Also with this being a locally owned shop and not a chain, you can find a variety of unique cigar sizes such as lonsdales, which makes an excellent and easy way to try out familiar blends in different sizes that most shops don’t carry. Excited to see their new location”

“I wish I had grabbed her name but was the lady working closing hours Monday night.Not only did she answer my phone call to give me knowledgeable answers to my question she also was still extremely nice when I showed up like 5 minutes till close.Then to put the cherry on top of the absolutely exceptional customer service, she saved my entire night and my day off tomorrow by pointing out that I left my phone on the counter lol.As a first time customer, I was blessedly surprised by the kind of service received & the experience I had that close to closing time.it is small yet cozy, good vibes, cool location, and clean. “I came here the other day to a get a couple of cigars for my dad’s birthday. I know nothing about cigars, and last time I shopped for cigars (different store, a decade ago) my experience was so bad I didn’t want to ever do it again. I decided to give this place a shot for the sake of the birthday and the woman who helped me was amazing. She gave me a tour of different kinds of cigars and gave me a summary of tastes and smells, and eventually I recognized some descriptions and was able to pick something out! I gave him the cigars today and he really liked what we decided upon. All this to say — if you’re somebody who doesn’t know anything about cigars, I encourage you to come here. I had a pleasant, efficient experience, and no one ever made me feel silly for not knowing what I was looking for.”

“This is a nice lounge, you do have to pay to go into the back rooms, they have 24hr key card acess (for paid members). Even if you do not want to pay for room acess they have a nice seating/smoking area in the front. If you want to bring alcohol, you have to have acess to the back rooms, which they do sell day passes for.The humidor is big, with lots of choices and this place has rare/hard to find cigars.They have alot of accessories for sale, both cheap and high end.The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. The rewards program they have there is nice and builds up quickly.They have great events with alot of people.This place is definitely worth a try.”
“Came here on a recent trip to Denver. They have quite a selection of vapes if you're looking for Tobacco alternatives. They also have a large selection of more exotic goodies if that you're up for a different kind of buzz. The couple that run this place were extremely friendly and we chatted for a bit about things to do in Denver. They're a pretty new shop in the area, so I think they were still kind of getting into the swing of things. Prices were very reasonable and they were pretty knowledgeable about the wares in their store. Cool Spot, If i'm in the area definitely wouldn't mind stopping by again.”

The shop is well kept, has friendly, knowledgeable staff, and an impressive selection of cigars and liquors.I stopped in on a hot summer afternoon to escape the heat and hopefully find a new cigar to enjoy. The owner of the store checked in on me and we ended up spending a disproportionate amount of time talking about different cigars, pipes, and tobacco. The owner was very friendly and personable, taking time to go through dozens of different brands of cigars with me before I settled on trying out a pipe for the first time. He was happy to answer all of my questions about pipes and all the different types of pipe tobacco they had. I decided to go with one of the house blends, which I am very happy with.The shop itself is very well kept. Nice and clean, with beautiful displays and an impressively sized humidor. I can't speak too much to the quantities of wines and liquor they had there, but the quality of brands seemed to be top shelf across the board. I enjoyed my visit there and will not hesitate to return in the future. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop if you need a cigar or two.”
