Usually the old geezers are there and give funny looks at dudes looking at certain items, but James and David R both where super friendly and let me look at what I wanted to so I'm giving them a five star for being helpful during a recent purchase thanks for the good customer service

Free ship to store option only applies if you make a minimum purchase or on select items. If you don’t have it in your store as a regularly stocked item, you shouldn’t have it on your website. Item in question?? A pair of medium sized quarter height Bombas socks.

Terrible customer service and terrible management. Almost impossible to find anyone that works there. You’re better off going to Cabela’s or Bass Pro, better service and better selection.

Worst customer experience I have ever had. Their customer service is completely incompetent. I've spent 3+ hours just trying to put an order through since their system flagged my account for "spending too much money" online. No, I'm not making that up. Pure insanity. Will never shop here again, this entire process has taken nearly a WEEK.

VERY disappointed with their online ordering!! It said they had these walkie talkies in stock, in store, in Sheridan, CO. But when they DIDN'T, I was NOT contacted in any way to let me know they infact DID NOT have them. Not only was the guy a total tard & couldn't see what I ordered or how much I spent, but he couldn't offer anything else in compensation for the items I DID order. He said to me, "Oh I guess they were stolen or something." What does that say about the business as a whole?? Also, He couldn't use the $ I already spent towards the items that they didn't actually have in store & I had to spend an additional $100 to get something comparable. & Now, I can't cancel the other order until someone gets into the office after the holidays. That's is unacceptable. I will be returning everything & cancelling my order previously. I will not shop there ever again!! They have incompetent workers, inadequate online system & difficult cancellation ability. Just a huge hassle dealing with them! I'm not sure who does their inventory or security either, but they should both be fired!

I stood alone by the cash register for 5 minutes at 3:00 p.m. with no one coming over to help.The only padlock they sell is $40 and they only had one of them in stock but they sure had plenty of guns.

The old geezers in the gun dept will stereotype you. More often than not, they question why I choose what I’m looking for like I’m new to firearms or straw buying or something. Ive been shooting for 20+ years as a marine, public safety and civilian. Sometimes i just want a rifle to plink targets. I don’t need your opinion why I should get xx caliber and don’t need to explain what and why I’m shooting what I choose. There’s a younger dude who worked there but haven’t seen him in a while, he’s good for the business but the old annoying dudes are working against the stores business.
