Was given the wrong parts, tired to have them replaced with the correct part which I already paid for was told I couldn’t return the wrong part and would have to pay again for the correct part without being refunded. This place is a joke.

Worst customer service ever. Old lady never says hi, RUDE always we have stopped here looking for a part, however the bearded short bald guy was very helpful with all the information and service provided. He was the only good thing going to this place. Rather than that not coming back.

It's really crazy. It's really crazy. Nó thực sự điên rồ. It's crazy. Thật là điên rồ. Two weeks ago I bought two light bulbs here. I have provided complete information about my Vehicle. But the staff got the wrong type of light bulb I needed. When I brought it back and replaced it, the bulb was not the same type. I was going to return it today but the employee said a device hurts and he only gave me half my money back. I also don't understand what you think. Because of the wrong type of balls, I tried to pull them back a little which is a natural condition. In short, they are still intact and have no problems. Everyone should avoid this. I swear I will never return to this card again.

I had an outstanding experience at NAPA thanks to Marcy (I hope I spelled her name right), Who went above and beyond to assist me with my car needs. Her kindness and expertise truly stood out. It's refreshing to encounter such helpful employees at NAPA. Kudos to Marcy and the NAPA team for their excellent service. Thank you so much!

Always a pleasant experience coming into this Napa! I love that there's female employees that work here too! It's always a nice quick fast experience, and I don't feel like I'm ever being talked down to like I do at other auto part places!
