Clancy took care of me, got me a new phone, set up everything for me, and was super professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. “Brandan at this store was amazing. He helped us combine two accounts we had into one and saved us $70 on our new combined bill. He then walked us step by step through upgrading to new phones for my wife and I and into a new iPad for me. He explained every step and even transferred all our data from our old phones to out new ones and from my old iPad to my new one so we walked out of the store with ready to use equipment. Brandan was professional , courteous and very knowledgeable. We will be using this Verizon store for all of our cellular services going forward and would recommend Brandan and this store to anyone who is looking at new phones or iPads!”

“I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.”
