InTown Suites provided me a very comfortable long term stay. They offer renovated rooms which is what I opted for, and it was beautiful! I had comfortable access to WiFi and Dish, staff was prompt, kind, reliable and always attentive to the property. The halls always smelled nice and were clean, and the cleaning team set clear expectations on when they'd arrive to service each room weekly. I'm really looking forward to my next stay. This location is also a 5 min drive to Riverpoint and within walking distance of two gas stations/convenience stores, food and bus routes. Highly recommend this for a long stay to anyone!

Rooms are very small probably 10 ft by 10Rooms: Again rooms are very small and not recommended for extended staysSafety: Needs security Google incident that happened a few months ago in the the parking lot. I was not a guest there a friend of mine was and I tried to talk her out of it but she didn't have a choice or would have found another place to stay from information it seems staff make up rules and regs as they go to satisfy their selves power trip if you will..

The place is a little small for a single room but has a kitchenette and is cozy for two people. Has liquor and dispensary 10 minute walk down the road. Also has two King Soopers North and Southbound. About a 15 minute bus ride each way.Walkability: You can barely 10 minutes to the nearest liquor store and dispensary. If either of those are your thing.

We arrived and were told that our two reserved rooms were on completely opposite sides of the property. We were offered the chance to look at the rooms before accepting them and were also told we could cancel for free if we did not like them. We did look. On the way to our rooms we heard crying babies, many different rooms had people arguing inside, we smelled all sorts of cooking and noticed the ventilation to be very poor, we saw children running in the hall and heard dogs barking in several rooms. Inside the proposed rooms, they looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, being dingy, old furniture, old beds and smelled stale, definitely not white, fresh and clean like the pictures. We might have stayed anyway, if the rooms were closer together and if there was a fee to cancel, but with them far apart and the fact that we have a few children, we could not see how.We went back and told the woman at the desk we would not be staying and please cancel and asked if she is positive we can cancel for free, she affirmed yes so we have the keys back, left and found another location to stay. A few days later we noticed they charged us a $60 cancellation fee for each room. This place is very disappointing. Do not stay.Rooms: Not as pictured

normally when you stay in a hotel the staff is nice and cordial and they try to be as friendly as they can. At InTown Suites it is very different. The staff; especially Christine and Melvin and Norma make it feel like a family envirnment which makes it a better experience. I am handicapped and while i can generally take care of myself. When i do need a little bit of help, they never hesitate to assist in a timely manner. The envirnment is quiet and clean and I am extremely happy with Intown Suites. I will recommend it to friends and family and anybody else who needs a place to stay. Well done!

Front desk ladies were always friendly(Christine and Melissa). Area is actually pretty nice and quiet. I haven't had any issues since I got here. Now, there were a few things that were a bit annoying at times, like the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night and the occasional loud neighbors. As for the room. I had the premium room, which, in my personal opinion, wasn't really worth the extra $$. The room was small, and premium doesn't always mean better. The only thing that was upgraded was the burners. You did get more storage, but not that much more. And they charge you an extra technology fee for super fast wifi, but the internet was HORRIBLE! Now seeing as though I was paying roughly $1,980 every month, a breakdown is I was paying $965 every 2 weeks until they raised my price to like an extra $40, then I was paying $985 every 2 weeks. An apartment would have been cheaper, but unfortunately, I didn't have that option. It's actually pretty sad that these extended hotels offer you a place, but the price you pay is WAY more than an apartment. I mean, seriously, for a small room, the price should be slightly cheaper, I mean, we don't get anything extra. Yes, you don't have to sign a lease, but utilities aren't really that much. I honestly think they need to do better renovations like a BIGGER room and add a small bedroom or something like that or check out actual studios and upgrade to their square feet.

Some staff is absolutely amazing and I wish they could go and work somewhere better then this. They deserve to represent something and somewhere amazing. The pictures on the site when booking is not what I got at all. To be honest until I got a better rate at a top hotel under Hilton I thought that I was getting a deal but instead I was getting ripped off. Its not ran as a hotel more of a apartment complex that only offers extremally small tight. People hang outside around the entrances all around the building day and night. Hallways reek of cigarette smell and weed the carpets or nasty even the walls and we will not start on the showers (no tubs at all) the upgrades are joke they just added shelves and curtains to cover spaces nothing changes except the price. If your not there to tell the cleaning women what to clean they will only make your bed and they only come once a week sometimes that won't show at all. You have to supply your own everything except trash bags but soap tissue towels all on you. I was paying over $1300 to $1400 depending on how they feel. I tried to even move to an upgraded room but was told the hotel overbooked so they kicked my reservation and told me I could keep the same room if I wanted to. Then I made a friend and she was killed while people stood and watched and then the found dead bodies in rooms. It kept happening and still is this crazy that they can over charge people to stay there. And $423 a week is not a deal either. Its should not be listed as a hotel but a complex of many small box size studios.Rooms: Not what they seem online.Food & drinks: They don't offer and the vending machines are very expensiveNoteworthy details: Make sure that you don't have to stay longer then a week.

I will be staying again in the future.Rooms: Very good quality and cleanNearby activities: Nearby in walking distance is Longshots, great little bar and grill. Bear creek bike trail is nearby.

I was kicked out for apparently being too disrespectful and rude to staff when they decided to kick us out over a service animal, then they said I became hostile. I have a one year old daughter, I’m just trying to work and support my family. The manager refused to talk to me and was very rude. You could tell the poor lady at the front desk felt very bad for us, and was unfortunately reading from a script.RUN AWAY AND DON’T LOOK BACK!Safety: When I was walking to my room with my fiancé another guest pulled out a knife on me. The cameras “couldn’t show proof”Cops were called on the same individual the night before. They let him stay there however I’m the one with the daughter and I was kicked out.

I didn't stay here, my daughter did. They only do week or longer stays at this hotel. Cleaning services are on Fridays only. I did go to the room. Small stove..no oven. Bathrooms are ok..I have seen worse..in other countries.
