“The facility is well maintained, convenient to get to, and not intimidating in any way. The staff is wonderful; knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive in all the right ways! Just an excellent experience all around. As a newer gun owner, I asked tons of questions, and the entire staff, took the time to talk, and explain things in an amazingly patient manner. Because of this, I joined as a member, and visit regularly (and have added to my weapon collection). I'll be taking some new dates there, as well as teaching my teenage daughters there to learn to shoot as well. Also, great rental options as well. A few personal experiences: Nick (gunsmith), answered so many initial questions, and helped me confirm/verify I had "zeroed" my new firearm (red dot) appropriately, He joined me at the lane, tested a few rounds, explained some great things about the weapon to me, made two slight adjustments, and had me check how it felt (Fing fantastic btw) and the confidence in the gun and sight i left with felt was amazing. Thank you Nick! Kenton, Dominick, Tyko, and Rose, make me feel truly welcome (even special) every time I come in or finish my lane time. They've all given me true support, and "honest" advice and knowledgeable opinions regarding various topics, weapons, and ammo, which has helped me add to my collection. Thanks to all! Special shout out to Kenton, who helped me with an unexpected issue (jamming slide on a brand new weapon). He explained why it likely happened (factory lubricant challenge), and even took the time to demonstrate and explain breaking it down, cleaning out the factory lube, and applying some new (definitely fixed the initial issue! :-) He also pointed out some of the nuances of that particular brand, and I left feeling more confident in my new gun and excited for the next chance to fire and learn about it more. “Went to The Gun Room with my girlfriend to look at some guns I'd been interested in and left with four. Being a first time gun buyer I had no idea what to expect and was pleasently taken aback. The staff if is wonderfully friendly and helpful, non-pressuring and had no feelings judgement towards a beginner with questions what so ever. They were happy to go over anything I had questions about and made the right suggestions when needed. The selection of firearms are enormous and very well displayed. The store is also really cool, and has an antiquated feeling of history. They also have a cute service dog so don't be afraid to bring your lady.”

“I've done several transfers with G & G Guns and will continue to come here. Warren makes it easy and fast to get what you need. With the pandemic running local stores low on inventory, its hard to find what you want in stock unless you order it online. This is a store that doesn't give you a bad attitude for ordering online and charges a fair price transfer fee for fast service and paperwork. Would recommend this business.”
“Purchase was simple. Shipped to FFL with no issues. Hard case had small cracks because of the ambidextrous charging handles. Also did not come with the angled fore grip as advertised by TR Imports. Not sure if that's a Centerfire issue or not? Will contact in the near future and update review. Super solid, super HEAVY, shotgun !!!P.S. I bought the angled fore grip in the pic!”

“I like coming in and chatting with staff during my shopping. Always really helpful and knowledgeable staff. It’s a great family owned business and they really treat me like family now that they’ve seen my face a few times. They have a lot of product for such a small sqft location. If they don’t have it, they get it ordered very quickly. Pricing is fair in my opinion and they don’t try to take you to the cleaners on every purchase. Unfortunately for my wallet, they always have something that catches my eye and is too good to pass up. Thanks for being honest and helpful!”

“Everyone in the store were a great help. They provided a service as a FFL to transfer ownership and do the necessary background check. It was quick and painless. Their store is well stocked with guns and they are very knowledgeable. Some reviews mentioned low stock of ammunition, but I was just in Sportsman's Warehouse for some fly tying materials and walked by their ammo section and it was extremely low. It's just a sign of the times. Anyone who complains about the people here is simply the problem not the owner or others in the store. Some people just like to complain. I will shop here in the future without hesitation.”
“Purchased my first ever compound bow from Doug in the archery department. He answered all of my questions, explained what he was doing while setting up the bow to fit me. Took the time to adjust the sights in the range, and gave me several tips and tricks he's learned from his own years of experience. He made it a very comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. Can't recommend enough!!”
“If I could leave 100 stars I would. I live 3 hours away in the mountains and have 2 kids so it is not easy for me to just come back the next day and pick up my online order that was already paid for. This store is right on my way out of town so my plan was swing by and then head home. That’s when I got lost following google maps annd ended up going to park meadows which was on the complete other side of the city. Definitely must’ve been my fault. I got park meadows and Colorado mills mixed up. They talked it thru with me on the phone explaining that they would wait as long as they could but that I proly wouldn’t make it. Anyway BIG SHOUTOUT to Dani (mgr) and her staff Jack Hector and Sam who were super helpful on the phone and just had great attitudes the entire time even tho they were dealing with what probably sounded like a total dumb dip$#!+ ate who was asking they to stay open wayyyyyy past closing. Anyway great customer service all around and the amount the crew tonight 4/1/24 went above and beyond deserves to be noticed. I will be a fan of Dick’s for life! Pause ? ”

“Went in looking for something specific, and John was super friendly and helpful and never made me feel pressured to buy, but rather recommended a range where I could possibly test out the specific gun I was looking at but was unsure about. He also made me want to shop at this location specifically in the future rather than the one closer to home, just because he had the best customer service, and not just with myself but with everyone I saw him interact with. These days it's hard to get such great service anywhere so when I find it somewhere, I stick with the location. Will definitely be shopping at this location from now on.”
