Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. I have never seen customer service at it worst. It as a man, and you can tell he does not like his job. WORST experience ever.

I got my car towed because I parked within 5 feet of a driveway. My fault!When I went to pick up my car at Dick’s Towing LLC, I handed a piece of paper with the VIN, License Plate, year and make of car and said I need to pick up the car. Seems reasonable, doesn’t it?The “jerk” behind the window snaps back “what is this?” I said again it’s the info on “the car I need to pick up”. He starts yelling at me that I need a drivers license and registration. When I asked why he was being such a jerk, he has the audacity to reprimand me for not saying “good morning, how are you”!An older gentleman pushed him aside and helped us with a great demeanor.Thank you to the second man who saved the day, but the first “jerk” ruined my morning totally unnecessarily.Unbelievable!

My customer got his car towed away from the scene of an accident and when the vehicle arrived at my shop, the tow truck driver tried scamming my customer out of additional money. We confirmed multiple times the cost of the tow BEFORE the car was hooked up and when the driver arrived at my shop, he claimed it was way more than initially confirmed. The vehicle was towed 3 miles. Absolutely ridiculous. Trying to scam someone who was just in a horrible accident is such a worthless thing to do. The name on the receipt says “Luks #206.” See photo attached. You can tell he rewrote the price to “fix it”.

This towing service came recommended by another service that couldn’t help me. I’d scheduled a tow and was given an ETA. They didn’t show up in time and I had to cancel. When I called back a few days later to coordinate a new pick up, whomever I spoke with sounded like my call was an inconvenience and he just wanted me off the phone. I decided to schedule someone else and when I called to cancel I was briskly hung up on. I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were busy, but it felt like the customer service got worse every call I made.

This is just not a company , they are a family. They care about their customers just as it was their own mom or own sister , daughter, brother ECT ...... They keep the community clean , from trash cars , to stolen cars ECT . Trash them if you will . But anyone who has done business with them and not just jumps on the wagon with all the haters on this subject , knows they will go the extra mile to help you get your car. They don't do it for the pay, believe it or not a lot of the time they will take it out of their own pocket .. so go ahead trashing a family business. But you will never know the damage you cause by spreading lies. They started from the ground up they don't have no big billboard for advertising, word of mouth, and to me it looks like they are doing something right they are still standing even as you try to destroy them Their bond is too strong for just the average losers trying to break them . Keep up the good work fellas. Doing God's work . They just don't see it yet. But they will. Shame on them .

Workers have terrible attitudes. One of the workers tried to fight me after trying to help a 21 year old kid get his car out of the impound. Very unprofessional business.

Is as another touch of driver to a tow truck company for someone? That's trying to help me out sure doesn't know how to treat somebody very poorly. If you. Guys don't like your? Job. If you guys don't like your job maybe you guys should quit and get out of the The business I wouldn't use your service if somebody paid me to you guys have poor customer service.

People are being attacked because they towed a Rv that was being recorded by disgusting people on YouTube! Just hardworking people trying to make a living. I know that’s hard for certain people to understand.

For all those complaining about this business and their abuse of vulnerable people, the owner is correct…they didn’t tow the vehicle. However, they did illegally break the lock on the vehicle, but I’m sure the owner will reply and tell us the homeless individuals were compensated for the illegal damage done to the vehicle ….

I had a great experience with this company. Arrived early to pull me out of a snow bank. Price was as quoted on the phone. Driver was very nice too! Would use them again .

I had a wonderful experience using this company. I called needing a tow and the person I spoke to was very helpful and straightforward which was just what I needed.The truck arrived only 10 minutes after I made my initial call and the driver, Brandon, was very friendly and quick. I was brought right to my destination and my car was dropped off perfectly, even though the area I needed it to be was very busy and cramped.This is exactly the speedy and fantastic service I needed. I will absolutely call here again the next time I need a tow or any of their other services.Service: Car towing
