The folks at this Costco tire center are outstanding technicians and understand how to run a good business. I had a bit of drama with them that would have been much worse at another shop, but they went above and beyond to ensure it was a good story. Exceptional value and exactly what I expect from a Costco experience.

Waited a week for tires ordered online. Scheduled an appointment when they said they were delivered for install. Arrived and waited in line 30 minutes for a couple in front of me to choose tires and then get an appointment on the spot for the same time as my already scheduled appointment with a packed garage and parking lot. Finally got to register, went through a bunch of process and then was told tires are not there. Next day, got another email saying tires were delivered. Needed to go to Costco anyways. Showed up, went through process, tires were actually there now. Was told I would wait 1-1.5 hours. 1.5 hours later I was told that the 265/70/17 tires I ordered, and confirmed exact vehicle details for, were not the stock 265/65/17 tires for that vehicle, and therefore they cannot install them. This was my first time trying Costco tire after using and being treated very well by discount tire for years. I will never waste my time and money with Costco Tire again.

Came in at 10am opening for a walk in. Was getting 4 tires replaced. Paid $800 and was told it would definitely be handled within 2-3 hours. 7 hours pass, nobody answer phones, no updates provided, and zero work done. Front desk guy blamed me and my impatience. The work they needed to do would’ve taken 5-10 minutes. Front desk guy at the tire center is a piece of trash.

1st - I did talk to their teams about all of this.
2nd - I know they are busy… but sat here 40+ minutes to get my “Torque checked” after 25x miles.
Sweating my tail off when they said 10x minutes…

First time buying tires from Costco and having them install. Waited 2 hours with first appointment of the day. Staying with Discount tires from now on who installs in less than 30 minutes.

I made an appointment with the tire center to fix a slow leak three days before Christmas and during a tire sale. That slow leak became an issue on the way to this Costco and caused a 30 minute late arrival. They took care of us anyway. The tire replacement was not in stock and we chose not to wait for it to arrive. They installed the spare and we went home safely. Early evening that same day they called and let us know the tire had arrived. I appreciate the quick service and attention to our safety on the roads. Great job Costco Tire Center!!

Slow, terrible service. Costco lost one of my ordered tires in transit and it took 3 weeks and dozens of calls to the shop before the manager decided he could call Michelin and overnight a replacement. Showed up for my install appointment and it took 30 minutes for them to FIND the tires and another 90 minutes to install them.

Don’t get your tires installed here unless you want to wait 3.5 hours (even with an appointment). Employees are very nice and apologetic, but it’s incredibly frustrating. I think other Costco tire center locations are more efficient.

The lines are ..... well, they just ARE. so peeps, please watch for the shortest lanes. Their hoses can PULL yo whichever side so you dont have to pull up yo a pump on the side of your tank. (Like at that other big box store). Patience wins out... and you can check your email on your phone while in line instead of sitting at the stoplight

The team and service is great! But make an appointment. My walk in for a flat tire under warranty took over 7 hours of waiting. Thank you to the team for helping me! But for those considering a surprise visit-don’t. Book online and wait for the reservation instead.
