The folks at this Costco tire center are outstanding technicians and understand how to run a good business. I had a bit of drama with them that would have been much worse at another shop, but they went above and beyond to ensure it was a good story. Exceptional value and exactly what I expect from a Costco experience.

1st - I did talk to their teams about all of this.
2nd - I know they are busy… but sat here 40+ minutes to get my “Torque checked” after 25x miles. Sweating my tail off when they said 10x minutes…
