The worst customer service ever!!!! They are so rude and aggressive when they speak to you. I felt like I was being rushed through the whole check out process.

I wanted so badly to not believe the bad reviews of this location, but when I called regarding whether or not they'd be able to fill my prescription they offered no answers, wouldn't tell me if or when they might be able to fill it or when I should call back or try again. Every question I asked was met with "I can't tell you that" which is incredibly frustrating when my doctor has asked me to locate my medication. Every other pharmacy I've called has had answers to at least guide me in the right direction, but this tech could not have been less helpful or cared less. Try the Arvada Costco if you're going to try Costco at all. Very disappointing given Costco's reputation.

After having CVS in target be out of my prescription twice I saw I could get it at Costco. It took several tries for CVS to transfer my prescription but Costco saved the day and got it all completed in less than a business day!

DO NOT USE THE PHARMACY AT THIS LOCATION! Because of an error that the pharmay made, it is going to cost my family hundreds of dollars. This could have easily have been prevented if they'd called to say they couldn't fill a 90-day prescription, instead, they put a 30-day supply in a bag, stapled it shut, and handed it to me. I now can't fill it anywhere else and after the new year, I'll have to fill the script by paying out of pocket. This pharmacy is not detail or patient oriented. I also fill at another pharmacy and they don't make these mistakes. I expected more from Costco!

Stay far away from James and Roman at the pharmacy! I have severe health issues going on and instead of attempting to be compassionate and understanding they have done everything in their power to keep me from getting the healthcare that my doctors have laid out for me. I didn’t even have an active refill and they harassed my doctors to the point of refusing to send medication there (see photo).They are evil people. I am appalled. My doctors are appalled. The only people not appalled are the ones at Costco

Every time I come to this pharmacy either the prescription is wrong, the billing is wrong or there’s been no communication as to delay or fulfillment a prescription. Considering it’s in a Costco in already hugely inconvenient, I can’t imagine anyone using this again.

I Just recently switched from walgreens to costco because walgreens refuses to answer phone calls and has repeatedly messed up my son's medications.I have nothing but amazing things to say about the pharmacist and pharmacy techs.Super helpful and they actually answer phone calls!If i could give 1000 stars I would.You all deserve raises!!!

I usually have good experiences at this location, but yesterday (11/10/21) the pharmacist Josie Q. was just awful. First snapping at me about my Costco card not being valid, when it is as I used it to check out 10min later at the register, then threatening to withhold my medication because I asked her what's with her bad attitude. Yikes, so unprofessional! There were also two other customers in line that had been waiting over 10min to get their meds because she didn't know what she was doing. She should probably be given duties where she doesn't interact with the public.

Woman today at the prescription drop off was very rude I was wearing her mask below her chin. When I asked about ordering my last prescription, she said nothing....stared at her computer, and after 6 mins looked at me and ask if I "was going to wait for it?"I responded that I would, but that she never communicated that. She got upset and replied with a snarky "well I'm telling you now".Very unprofessional

I am prone to passing out during vaccinations and get very sick from them and they could not have been more helpful and awesome about it. Special thanks to James for really helping me through it. Amazing pharmacy would recommend 10/10
