The three biggest stupidities I have seen: 1- they put passwords on the bathrooms, this is unacceptable. 2- they put devices on hats, there is no way to measure them to know if they fit you. 3- They put the same devices on backpacks and bags, you cannot see them from the inside. If it is a matter of insecurity, hire better security personnel instead of repressing customers. It is easier for them to inconvenience customers than to pay more employees.

Do NOT recommend! Selection was okay but extremely poor service! 30 minutes to check out while 2 other staff members were lining up shopping carts & another chatting with a guest at the register for 20 minutes! Then she walked away without helping anyone else. The one cashier never called for assistance, just let ppl wait and wait! When I complained about the wait... no apology! Horrible staff! Horrible service!

If you bought something at another Burlington, you can’t return it at this Burlington for some reason they won’t give you your money back only store credit pointless

I am giving just 1 star for the cashier behavior. One lady was so rude. I felt v insulted. They shouldn't be loud but they are. No dress code, no name tag. They all look same as customers only but the are rude cashier.

4/28/2024 I had an amazing experience shopping at Burlington when I walked in I was greeted by Loss Prevention who was super sweet… The store was well organized and great selections and the prices are AMAZINGGGGG… This store is perfect for last-minute shopping for gifts and the employees are superheroes, especially Yuvia who is super sweet, patient and has a smile on her face... Everytime I shop here I spent $1,000 here which is worth it and I'm always leaving the store with a smile on my face… Thank you Angela T (Store Manager) for making sure customers leaves the store happy and satisfied and I will be coming back ??Please keep in mind the line gets long and please don't be mad to the workers it's not their fault that the line keeps growing… mad respect for the workers ?

Only 2 fitting rooms for the whole store on a Saturday. Not an employee in sight to help manage it or anything. Don't come here if you have anything else you need to do in one day...
