It’s a 7-Eleven, not much to expect here. But really reason for the poor review is lack of customer service and awful parking and access. I seriously had a delivery truck block me in and make exiting the lot super dangerous

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I went in on Thursday 16, 2023 and the employee was literally about to fight a customer because the customer was upset that there was no explanation as to why his sale was denied. Employees are usually on the phone and won't bother, even saying a simple hello, they tend to have their wireless earbuds on and it's very rare to get their full attention when you need something, if you do get their attention, they usually act like you just ruined their entire day because they had to pause their oh so important conversation (how can someone be on the phone every shift for the entire shift anyway. Aren't you supposed to be tending to customers, inventory and store cleanliness?). I seriously don't understand how 7-Eleven corporate still hasn't replaced this location's current management after all these years of the same. Terrible customer service (when you can even get it), rude employees and good luck getting a question answered if they even understand you, not trying to be a jerk, it's just extremely frustrating when you can't understand an employee and they can't understand you in the event of a problem. There are plenty of other locations to choose from where you will get far better service, like the location on Federal and Hampden, literally just up the street.

Guy at the counter tried to rob me of over $7, went into get 4 steak and cheese Tequilatos. Luckily my boyfriend who works at a 7,-eleven went into get money back cause 4 of them is not $12. Crooked people here. Right by military housing. Wow.

The store is dirty workers are rude. I wouldn't give them any business. They don't have what you need for a convenience store. I know it's a 7-11, a random stop, but I would avoid it if you can.

So rude. that little woman clearly has no concept of how to treat a customer even if you have decided you don't like them. she made a passive aggressive comment about me because Im in a rush and I needed to get out. she says "patience is a virtue". like she Confucious. i said I'll take my business elsewhere and she clapped! literally applauded losing business. I wonder how the owners feel. there are a million of these around. avoid this one when that gnome is in duty.

Hot food is rarely fresh. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Coffee equipment tastes like it's never cleaned. Work right by this location and have to be desperate to go there.
