“Outstanding customer service! My daughter goes to school at UNCO and she needed a new tire for her car before coming home (Southern California) for the summer. We initially ordered the tire through Costco more than a week ago with a promised date of today. She called to confirm that order and install and Costco Tire Center said that the tire had not arrived and had actually not shipped yet. She called a second Costco and, while they had (4) of the exact tires in stock, they refused to sell her just (1), telling her that they did not want to break up the set. So, she could be (4) or nothing. WTF? She reached out to Les Schwab and they really went above and beyond! They did not have the tire, but called several locations and located one for her. Immediately had it picked up and within about an hour of her calling in, she was driving off with her newly installed tire. I just got off the phone with her and the first thing she said when I picked up the phone was, "10 out of 10!". Price was right, service was outstanding! Thanks for taking care of my daughter and keep up the great service!!!!”

I have been a BMW owner for years and have struggled with poor communication and inattentiveness with the previous service managers that I had been assigned. Service is first rate now, especially since I have been working with Robert Shipley. The renovated waiting area is comfortable and I didn’t mind waiting for a couple of hours while my car was being worked on. Even the car wash has improved!”

“Took my 2009 ford ranger to Accelerated Automotive Specialist, it has just over 200,000 miles and the check engine light had come on. Was still running smoothly but mpg had dropped significantly. Check engine light issue was resolved. Had a complete tune up done at what I felt was a very reasonable price, mpg went from 17 mpg to 24 mpg combined city and highway. Will use Accelerated Automotive Specialists in the future for any repair or service issues and would recommend this shop for anyone looking for a competent and fairly priced facility...Steve Masters...Greeley Colorado”

After calling 4 other tire repair places in the area and either being told they could not help today or their lead time was hours later, A & E answered the phone. Their service rep was SUPER professional and helpful. Dispatched a truck almost immediately, and had my driver back on the road by 11:15am. Thank you so much for being there for us today!”
“I have been coming to Greeley Honda since 2020 after another Honda dealer messed up my car and their techs took my car for a joyride, then tried to keep my car over the weekend because they "couldn't get the parts in time". I called Greeley Honda that day and they said they had the parts and could fix it. I made the other dealer fix my car and then swore to never go there again. The team at Greeley Honda has been exceptional every time I have gone in for service; whether it be an oil change, changing my summer wheels to my winter wheels and vice versa, or warranty work like my ac condenser. They are respectful not only to me but to my vehicle as well and it is so appreciated. I am more than happy to take my vehicle there. “So after a terrible experience in Longmont trying to order a truck (I will spare you the gory details), we went to Davidson-Gebhardt to try to order one from there. It’s been a long ordeal and while ultimately we are not getting truck from them, nothing has been their fault. It’s the fault of the factory. But enough about that. Let me tell you how incredibly awesome Blake McGuire has been to work with. First of all he was honest and forthcoming with all information. “My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Casey Lee at Hyunadai of Greeley. We unfortunately had low expectations due to the experiences at other dealerships but Casey proved to be a much better sales men than we had previously encountered.
