“This is a unique review because I didn't end up using this service, but the customer service I received was so outstanding it deserves kudos! When I called to get information, Suzanne Lester, the rental coordinator, was so patient and helpful answering all my questions and working hard to ensure we had a wheelchair accessible vehicle to use for our needs upon arrival at Denver's airport and leaving Colorado. She even called back the next day to check in and see how things were going with our mother-in-law. She made a difficult and stressful time much more bearable, and even though we ended up not needing the service, I will definitely use them for future needs! 10/10 recommend! :)”
“Always friendly and punctual, never much of a wait for pick up or drop off. They have some upgraded vehicles which is nice, for one recent experience i received a hybrid minivan which allowed me great parking options on my trip to California. On another trip I was upgraded to a Jeep Grand Wagoneer and the massaging seats were nice on my 14 hour drive.”
“I rented a vehicle from Go Rentals while my vehicle was repaired. The repair took much longer than anticipated. Go Rentals was extremely professional and helpful in extending the use of the rental.
They brought the rental to me at the repair shop and the return was easy and convenient.
Their customer service department was friendly and helpful during a stressful time. They made me feel like I was more important than their bottom line. “I think this was the best car rental experience I have ever had. This location provided remarkable service. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The gentleman who helped me, Boots, was especially kind and professional. The car I received was exceptionally clean on the inside. Most rental cars are not clean on the inside. It was honestly as clean as a brand new car - impressive. This location certainly stands out as a shining exception to most car rental facilities. Highly recommend.”
“I cannot stress enough how amazing Taylor and the Enterprise team was. I was in town from a few hours away to get my windshield replaced when the company doing it told me they couldn't put a new one in, and couldn't replace the old one, so I was basically stranded. I walked to the nearest car rental place, which had no cars. And then I walked to Enterprise. When I walked in, and Taylor asked how she could help, I immediately burst into tears. Taylor helped calm me down, and then helped get me into a car so I could make it home. This was my first experience renting a car, and Taylor made it wonderful. I am not sure I could ever go anywhere else, and will keep their card handy. She made a horrible day a little bit easier, and I will never be able to properly explain how much she helped me in my time of need. Thank you Taylor. Thank you Enterprise.”

Rachel and Brad were fantastic to work with and they helped get into the perfect car and answered the phone personally by my name when I called with a question, which was very refreshing not having to go through automated systems and voicemails to talk to someone. I called about 4 other exotic car rental places in Denver this is hands down the best choice!”

“Utilized Cornerstone to transport a Boy Scout troop from Denver Airport to Philmont Scout Ranch. Cornerstone did an amazing job. Communication was top notch. Added touch was having our troop number, city & state on the side of the bus. The troop thought that was awesome!!! Would definitely recommend Cornerstone.”
