A little crowded (6 to 9 pm) and the layout is not "water fountain" path friendly but not bad if you know before going in what you want to use and achieve.

Ihave been going here sense the day it opened. It was great!!
Now... the water dispenser has been broken on and off for a few months and they no longer stock the hand sanitizer. I have notifed employees multiple times anout the water and they just tell me to buy the bottled water...The bathrooms are disgusting and the other issue I have is all of the squat racks have shifted out of place and are so close to eachother and the mirrors. Last... there are pot holes the size of freaking Kansas in the parking lot. My buddy came to lift with me had no water... and messed up his car from the pot hole.
I wish management would address these issues

Man I haven't had any issues with planet fitness except the one in security widefield the water fountain has been broken for months it puts out hot bad tasting water. staff either refuse to repot or fix the issue I have to bring multiple bottles of water in its such a drag me and multiple other customers have reported the issue

Good atmosphere. Clean facility. Never over crowded so you can always get on the machines you want to use

Great for Cardio and machines. But not enough squat/ dead lift options. The area is sketchy. The lounge chairs have been down for almost a week.

I have tried several times to cancel my membership. They said I have to come in personally or send a letter. I moved to another state so I can’t go in. Two letters have been sent . O have called management several times. They will not cancel my membership. Thinking I should get a lawyer for false advertising.DO NOT SOGN UP UNLES YOU WANT IT FOR A LIFETIME

Planet Fitness in general is a great club. Unfortunately, I had to cancel due to personal reasons, no termination fees as promised by PF. Unfortunately, Keith on Constitution Ave, in Colorado Springs, CO tarnished that image that I had of PF. Nothing upsets me more than a liar. I cancelled my membership the day after my membership renewed. I asked for a refund, which was denied, which is OK. I asked, since I am paid for the full month, I can use the gym until the end of my billing cycle and he said yes you can and made me sign a form I did not see, he simply said I had to sign to cancel on one of those old fashioned signature things where you cannot see a thing. Fifteen minutes later he sends me an email indicating my last day to use the gym was that same day. Please stay away from this liar and do not believe a single word he says. PF is great, but they have issues hiring ethical people. I can handle the truth, but not deceitful liars. Please note, I had been going to the PF on Main St in CO Springs, CO and they were friendly and amazing. I hope this is not PF culture to lie to people when they want to cancel. Good Luck.
