Made an appointment for diagnosis of several issues. Spent 10 min on the phone with a lady who was very friendly and professional giving her extensive details and descriptions of my issues, which I could hear her typing in. Called and left a message several days before to double check my appointment time. No call back. Called again twice, early and late in the day, the day before and left two more messages asking about my appointment time. No response. Decided to just get there first thing to make sure I wasn't late. Got there and the service guy didn't seem too enthused about helping me. Then he says there was no record of my appointment, nor was there any record of the extensive descriptions to the multiple issues that the lady put into the system. He's like "so what's goin on with it?" I just said they didn't seem very professional and got my keys and left. Got up early and drove an hour for nothing. Prob a good thing because I had brought it in 3 yrs before when it was under warranty for the air recirculation not working and they said it was working fine. After leaving I checked it and it was still not working. Brutal. Thought maybe that since a big Denver dealer bought the dealership they would have a more professional operation with capable techs but apparently it's just a new name with the same people running it. Obviously would not recommend.

Had an issue with my brake system in my GMC while vacationing in the area. Eric at the service desk got my vehicle seen and completed within the same day. Now I am back out hitting the trails and passes. This dealer saved our vacation. 5/5

I was driving from Texas, and heading to Leadville Colorado, and my dash thermostat was non functional. I quickly did a google search to see what might be the culprit. Come to find out that it was more than likely the thermostat sensor. I decided to stop in Salida at this dealership and I regret that I did. I am used to excellent customer service from my own local dealership, and this place needs a lot of retraining. I pulled in and the man that met me once the gate opened, treated me like I was a burden. I tried to explain my situation, but before I could finish as he began to state that there was no way a service tech could look at my Suburban. He stated that they are booked for several weeks. This is where I have an issue. I told him where I was from and where I was going, and needed to feel safe. My research shoed that it was simply a 9mm socket to take out the sensor just below the air box, and replace it with a new one. I would think that they would try to assist me with my issue, since I was traveling, and particularly given it was such a simple fix. I spoke to the service manager and he quoted my $67 dollars for the part and that it could be there the next day. I was having to fix it myself. I left and went across the street to Napa and got the part for $23 dollars, and purchased a 9mm socket and certain that I saved $$$ from their astronomical hourly rates. It took me just over 10 minutes..This place is a joke and I am very fortunate that my home Chevy dealer is lead by a great GM that focuses on going above and beyond with great customer service. These vehicles are not inexpensive. I SAY NO THANKS and glad I do not reside in Salida.

Jasmine and KC are awesome sales. I can't believe all the time KC spent with us helping us look and test drive cars and answered every question. Jasmine is a real pleasure to work with as well and is also always available to help with customer questions.

Stay away. I know they have new owners. Here is the problem. New owners bought this dealer. Yet they didn't clean house. So it's still horrible. The parts male is rude as well as a liar. The fast lane and tires guys same thing. I brought my vehicle in for a road force balance. I went in the back because I simply wanted to see a road force balance as I was paying for. Well I noticed that they were not doing a road force balance. So as anyone would I spoke up. I simply said hey your just doing a normal balance I need a road force balance. That is we're the problem began. No one new how to do it. The fast lane service advisor saw the mess and then asked me to go wait in the waiting area and I simply said I just want to see how a road force balance is done. Well they ended up finding a mechanic who new just enough to sort of figure it out. However it was getting close to 5pm so all I heard was this guy complaining and throwing my tire around. So I even helped roll a couple tires over to him to help speed up the process. Well he just kept throwing a fit like a 6 year old saying come 5pm I'm leaving if this is done or not. I looked at the tire service advisor and said I called you and asked if you could get this done and you said come right in. I was 3 miles away. He didn't like the fact that I saw what was happening. Also me voicing my concern politely about the road force being balanced correctly. It was a total mess. Not once did I talk down to anyone. I voiced my concern is this being done correctly because if I hadn't asked to watch them road force balance a tire I would have gotten a normal balance. Luckily they let me back there and I spoke up and the person using the tire balancer said I have no idea how to do this. I was polite. The workers there were the ones that were not nice. Rude. Then when they got caught that's when it all turned. When I paid I simply said that was a mess. That's it. On top of it they were suppose to top the fluid off on my vehicle. Well it was 5pm so they just set the jug in my vehicle. So I sat in my vehicle and was responding to a business email and a police officer. Shows up and says the owner drove by and saw you parked here and wanted to know what you were doing. I said I'm responding to a email before I drive away. I said I'll be happy to finish my business email why I drive down the road. Officer said no your okay the owner just wanted to know why you were parked with your parking lights on. Well I was sending a email. He left and the couple minutes later I left. Couple days later I went in to check on some parts I ordered. The male in the parts department decided to be little me and tell me I can't treat there employees the way I did as I was shocked and I asked him how did I treat your employees. He couldn't give me a answer instead IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS HE DECIDED TO TREAT ME LIKE A PIECE OF TRASH. Well mind you since I spoke up and voiced a concern about something not being done correctly they decided to all say I was the issue not them. I was disrespectful. So who gets treated like crap in front of customers well the customer. Does any employee get in trouble no. They blame the customer and since they were at fault we better make sure it falls on the customer so the new owner doesn't clean house. As the new owner should have cleaned house and this is the perfect reason. DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THE PARTS DEPARTMENT. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE. Also I want to add that they have burned so many other bridges in the community. Local body shops will not do business there and specifically the male in parts. The parts guy for the mechanics who use to be a service advisor he is awesome. However he doesn't deal with customers. I spoke with him at length when this was happening and he even shook his head and said sorry Man. Anyways local body shops will not due business there I know this as a fact. I know 3 other repair shops in town that refuse to do business there specifically that parts person. Has zero to

I want to thank Brent in the Ford dealership. I took my car in today because my driver window was stuck down. He had my issue diagnosed in less than 10 minutes, thankfully because we are supposed to have snow tonight. As soon as I can afford it I will go back to have it correctly repaired. Thank you so much ?

We purchased a used Jeep and couldn't be happier. The whole crew was extremely friendly and helpful. Jasmine, Mark, Mike and the Service Dept were Great to deal with. We were able to finalize and wrap everything up in 1 day (unheard of in MA.).I highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle to check them out. I know we will be happy to deal with them again with any future purchase.Thank You

Town & Country is now Faricy Brothers Automotive. Different owners, same people. I bought a used truck from these people. They were very pushy on the sale, and promised me (verbal) that their mechanics totally went thru vehicle and it's a great running truck. NOT/ I have spent well over $6000.00 fixing truck. I contacted KC and told him of my issues, commented is a used truck and can't help me. Be careful here, they do not service their used vehicles and just pass on the problems onto the consumer. They totally hid the issues of this vehicles. 1 Star is too much!

Our salesperson Todd was outstanding! We were looking for specific vehicle and he was very helpful and professional. We started the process from six states away and he was available constantly for questions and throughout the buying process. We are looking forward picking up our new truck and it would not have happened without the great staff at town and Country. Thanks to everyone!

I had scheduled fluid changes for my vehicle. The work was scheduled for Tuesday but I was called by the service manager and informed that the technicians (two) had called "out". I was asked if the vehicle could be kept another day and I agreed. On Wednesday morning, I received a text that work had begun. Around 3:50 in the afternoon, I had heard nothing so texted to get a status. The response was that they would be done in 45 minutes. I reminded the service manager about the fact that another dealership had suggested that the brake pads might need to be replaced. He texted that they were just starting the measures. No further texts came. Was the truck ready? I was expecting communication either that the brakes were good and I could get the truck or they needed work. Nothing. I texted after hours for an update and the service manager texted the next morning saying he had already told me the truck would be ready. When I got to the dealership, I was walked me through what was done per the paperwork and assured these were straightforward tasks and that I was doing the right thing by my vehicle. 10 miles from the dealer the radiator hose popped off - it hadn't been properly secured. The engine temperature alarm went off. I pulled over. I called the dealer who arranged to have the truck towed and a "loaner" provided. It took a while but eventually an older Dodge Dart covered with dog hair arrived. The service manager contacted me later that day and said everything was buttoned up and they would have one of their staff drive it up and exchange for the loaner. When I get in the truck the check engine light is still lit. So.. things weren't buttoned up and this kid just drove my truck for 30 miles with the check engine light on. I called a local parts store to ask about clearing the codes and mentioned I had had work done at Town and Country and his immediate unprompted response was "Sorry.". The next day I took the truck to another mechanic to have him review the work as I was headed out of town on a long trip in some remote areas. The fluid levels and plugs seemed ok, but the air filter I was shown wasn't. It's like they just don't care. I called and asked to speak with the General Manager who is also a part owner. He didn't pick up so I left a voicemail detailing the above and leaving my number in case he wanted to call back and discuss it. He did not.

We are from Denver and we’re camping in buena vista, we ended up picking up a nail and we’re concerned making the drive back to Denver. For some reason, every tire place in buena vista and Salida was closed. We took a chance at the service station at this dealership, and Scott helped us immediately. He assured us he would get it patched, and in 20 minutes it was all done. He didn’t even charge us for the patch. We are seriously so thankful for his help, and kind nature. Thank you!!!Jonah and Sarah.

We were traveling in the area with our Ford F350 diesel. The truck gave us a message "exhaust filter full, service now". We have had this issue every time we have towed in the mountains. It requires a manual regen procedure that Ford decided to remove from the operator menus. Our only option is to take it to a dealer and have them run it with their diagnostic tool. We went to Town and Country being the only Ford dealer in the area. I walked into the service area and explained the problem and was told they have seen a lot of that, then was told they were all backed up and would not be able to look at it for weeks. I told them we were not from the area and could not leave our vehicle for an extended period. The response was too bad, and offered no solution. There was another person behind me from Ohio with a F150 under warranty stranded in the mountains having transmission problems and was given the same response. We went to Buena Vista and found a diesel repair shop named Swisher Automotive and Diesel. They hooked up their tool and ran the regen and had us out the door in less than an hour. I was amazed Town and Country did not have any allowance for emergency repairs. It is scary thinking that a breakdown in the mountains could leave you stranded with no help from Ford.
