Rented a (very old, very beat up) pressure washer that died whenever you turned the water on. Staff tested it and informed me later that it runs "as is typical in that as long as you're spraying the engine will remain on, once you stop spraying it will turn off". Interesting little tip and a pretty big limiter if you need to take your finger off the trigger for even a second. No offer for a refund or even to take the unit back to try again. Nothing really other than "works like we expected".

Called and was told they had a 36” brush cutter to rent. Drove an hour one way and found out when I got there it was actually a 24” cut. Very disappointed and they offered nothing for the inconvenience.
