I'm an interior designer from San Antonio, Texas and had the pleasure of meeting Ty and his staff recently. My clients are building a house in Colorado and Rocky Mountain will be providing the cabinets throughout this home. RMCC has an unbelievable assortment of door styles and stains/paint samples - which is a designer's dream come true! Our initial meeting was handled with such efficiency, and we truly look forward to working with Rocky Mountain cabinets.

Based on my experiences after hiring Rocky Mountain Cabinets to build cabinets for my custom home in Silverthorne, CO, I cannot ever recommend them. They worked against me in my own home and conspired with the contractor, Fred Niggeler, Gore Range Homes, LLC to make changes unknown to me and to keep me uninformed of what they were actually doing. I am left with an abnormal powder room and a kitchen nook bench that is torture to sit on. Neither claims any responsibility for what was done in the house and they blame it on me because they assume no responsibility and are not professionals. They know I never requested off center fixtures on a 31" wall! That is outrageous to even suggest it. (Houzz has published all my reviews submitted on this house project. A review of Gore Range Homes, LLC/Fred Niggeler (and RMCC) on Houzz gives a bigger picture of how a house construction project becomes a nightmare. ) We paid architects $35,000 to give us great plans including a normal powder room. Rocky MT. Cabinet Co. changed my architect's plan for the powder room which called for centered fixtures on a back wall. RMCC called the front of a cabinet the "walls" of the powder room (which is nuts) without telling me (and against the architect's plan) and without my consent put my sink, light and wall faucet OFF CENTER on a 31" wall! What kind of company calls the front face of a cabinet walls?? All done without my knowledge. RMCC (and Gore Range Homes LLC) aways spoke of "centered" -a word with a distinct meaning. However the cabinet they made caused all fixtures to be off center!! They changed my architect"s plan BEFORE I ever visited RMCC for a working visit and Ty and Dale had discussions with my builder Fred Niggeler without telling me and without my input. I expected no problems in a tiny powder room. RMCC and Gore Range Homes LLC did not and still do not behave in a professional manner and they concealed what they did in the powder room until I discovered it on my final inspection. I have a new home that cost over $1.4 million and my powder room needs corrective work because of what RMCC and GRH LLC did together.

Absolutely could not be happier. Jaime and Ty and the whole team were fabulous to work with. We used every bit of their years of experience and knowledge to help us create the cabinetry for our new home. They listened to what we wanted and gave us ideas to help us get it. Ty helped us think thru, design and built a 15" wood border that attaches to our granite countertop. I don't think anyone else would've been able to do it. Awesome, awesome, awesome company to work with.
