How are you supposed to run a business with a hundred dollars worth of quarters in a week during the busiest time of the year Thank goodness there are other banks that have them this bank is the worst

If you could give a negative star, I would say -5 stars. Absolutely the WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL bank ever. Teller gets the trophy for most rude conduct. The whole bank is unprofessional. Left, went to Collegiant Peaks Bank….super great. Go there.

I recently had a fraud charge on my account. Kassie dealt with the issue very professional with exceptional customer service skills in a timely manner. She needs a raise and promotion!!

Wendy Shwartz is the rudest individuall employed by PB&T. Unhelpful. No personal relation skills what so ever. I understand staffing needs of companies here in Salida, this is very sad to have such an awful employee as the new face of Pueblo Bank and Trust here at the Salida branch. Be warned if you see her name. Flinch out of her cruel expressions and rude way of speaking.

Branch manager was very unhelpful. Initially spoke with a representative about processing wire transfer and was agreed we could fill out paperwork prior to wire being done. Called and spoke to branch manager Danielle DeForest and she said she would have to think about whether or not she would allow this, not very understanding of our situation. She stated she would call us and let us know and received no phone call. Just seemed like she was not willing to assist and very unhappy lady. Miss previous branch manager Kathleen Husley who at least took the time to listen and find other solutions.

I've been with this bank for about 4 years and I have always had good customer service from them. Today I got a notary public done very quickly and easily as they have 3 notary publics at this branch. Only downside is that they outsource much of their check printing and online banking so getting service with that is sometimes difficult. If they improve online banking, this would be 5 stars from me.

Called phone number listed on check only to go in circles..cannot talk to a live person regarding funds available on check written. Have to drive 1 hour now to get any answers. Waste of time and fuel.
