In the two sessions I worked with Grahame, I learned so much about the way my body moves and what's been holding me back the past few years running. Within the first 15 minutes, he was able to identify a major source of my pain and a way to alleviate it. After the first session, I noticed a difference pretty quickly. I can’t even imagine how my body will feel after being consistent with the exercises. He is attentive and thoughtful and went out of the way to make adjustments so I could do the exercises free of pain. Really appreciate his enthusiasm, passion for movement and helping people feel better, dedication to his clients and himself. Thanks Grahame! I’m looking forward to continuing to work together.

Grahame is so fun to work with! His enthusiasm for his work is contagious. I am almost 60 and have always been active but I started getting the aches and pains of aging. I reached out to Grahame and he thought he could help. We met via Zoom and even remotely, he was able to help me with my knee, hip and neck pain as well as giving me a workout that I can do 3 days a week to get some strength back. I have been to Chiropractors and massage therapists trying to take care of these pains. Those methods worked temporarily but using only a tennis ball, Grahame was able to give me some methods to take care of the pains as they happen so I can get back to my activities much quicker. With this knowledge, I will be able to maintain my mobility for many years to come. Thanks Grahame!!!

Grahame is a fantastic personal trainer. He keeps things fun and interesting. He is knowledgeable about functional fitness, strength training, mobility, and addressing joint / muscle pain. I enjoy working with him using free weights, kettlebells and barbells.

I'm a mountain runner and backcountry guide and had been experiencing some trouble with my knees on long days when I reached out to Grahame for a remote session. He was kind and creative and showed me a number of different exercises and stretching techniques that I could do while out in the mountains on multiday trips! I'm feeling a lot more confident about the 20+ days of guiding I've got coming up now, thanks Grahame!Pic is from the Teton Crest Trail in a day and feeling good!

My experience with Graham was excellent. I am a middle age guy with a lot of mileage. Graham has a great eye for movement, is easily approachable, and communicates strategies for strength and mobility to keep you moving strong. I highly recommend him.

I’m a lifelong gym rat, mountain biker and runner and needed some new joint-friendly, functional workout ideas and Grahame helped so much! He is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. He makes new workouts easy to understand and follow and really helped with my flexibility, which was really needed. I highly recommend him.

I’m a 72 year old male visiting Salida for three weeks to ski and explore Salida but also sought out a trainer to help me with some physical issues like a sprained knee and occasional flare ups of tennis elbow. I was also interested in total body work outs and sought alternatives to my regular gym type machines and dumbbells. I am so happy that I found G Fitzness and got my one on one with Grahame the owner and creator of G Fitzness . Grahame knows how to listen and teach and with skill and compassion. I now have an arsenal of new and invigorating moves and techniques to ease pain and discomfort and to strengthen my weaker areas, Grahame is a 5 star trainer and I highly recommend him for developing your strength and mobility in a fun and practical environment.

Working with Graham is different than ordinary excercise trainers. He tunes in to specific needs and has an understanding of muscle connections that is deeper than just lifting weights or stretching large muscles. I’ve found it intense and focused and very helpful!

Grahame is a super helpful and attentive trainer. Coming in I was not comfortable lifting as I didn’t know much about it, but Grahame was super welcoming and encouraging from the start! I also love the online aspect because it fits perfectly into my schedule! Would totally recommend Grahame to anyone looking to gain strength and have a fun workout.

Grahame is more than a trainer. He is my bro, my buddy, my coach, and my guidepost. He wakes up with me (at 4:30am 2x a week nonetheless MT so I can be at work on time East Coast style) and does it with a smile. He keeps me accountable when I tell him let’s skip training and won’t let me say no to skipping out. He makes me the RESILIENT person I am. What Grahame has given to me the past year has been more than just training, it’s been a moral compass, a new lease on life, and a hot new bod hasn’t hurt my social life. LFG DRII!

Grahame is the first and only trainer I’ve ever had, and he’s trained me for quite a few months. Grahame has always inspired me and encouraged me, he not only invests time into his clients, he invests himself into them as well.I play soccer and I started training with Grahame to become the best athlete I can be. Grahame came to my games to support me while I was still in Colorado.I recently moved to Oregon and took all the kettle bell and health knowledge he taught me to the gym. Everything he has taught me has come back in exercises I do out in Oregon. He has also taught me how to do these exercises without injury which is very important for any person.
