Typical of any Verizon store, worst service imaginable with the stores assumption that everyone has a full block of available hours to spend on the most mundane of transactions, and service people that have absolutely no people or time management skills.

Poor customer service. Was told I needed a new phone. Called verizon customer service and they were able to take care of my needs over the phone.

No specials for Seniors like I have now with Verizon online. Representative was very helpful but unfortunately couldn't convience me to switch to independent dealership.

I stopped in for an upgrade. It was pretty seamless, but our service rep, Zane, was really helpful and made sure it was all set before I left the store. While I was sitting there, a number of people stopped in to ask questions about their phones and he was very helpful and patient with each of them. You could tell he does quite a bit of unofficial tech support in the community. I know where to go if I need help :)

Zane was very knowledgeable and polite. He greeted everyone as they came in and let them know it might be a bit before he could get to them. He took the time needed with each customer, regardless of how many people were waiting for service. I would definitely seek him out if I need help in the future.

The 2 employees (both managers) were over the top helpful, kind, personable, engaging and invested. I was extremely pleased . Also, competent, and knowledgeable.

Christopher was manning the store alone and was obviously quite busy, yet he told each customer about how long they could expect to wait. He was professional and did an admiral job for such a young guy.
