The cost of gas is 20-30 cents more than Alamosa. Living in Crestone it is equal distance. I usually only go to Salida for health care and gas up before I leave

Convenience store. The only place in downtown Salida to get your gas and cigarettes. I often stop here on my daily commute. I appreciate having a convenient place like this downtown. Sometimes, I grab a hot burrito to go.
