“Allen Talbot and George Decker are whom I dealt with.I'm from out of state hauling a camper.Had a slew of problem and even with their tight schedule I arrive first thing in the morning, Allen took the time before doing much else to visit with me in reguards to my truck.They had my truck in top shape and put the door by lunch couldn't not ask for better service. Just talk with these guys and be respectful , if you take the time to listen they won't steer you in the wrong direction.”

I had a hose burst, and oil started leaking. I just stopped in this town to refill the oil, and someone recommended these guys to me. They were fully booked until August (one and a half months in advance). But given my situation, they took me in without making me wait.
The entire underside of the car was covered in oil. They took the car, cleaned it, ordered the part from Texas, and it arrived overnight. We stayed in the town overnight, and in the morning, they fixed my car.
And they did all of this at a very reasonable price despite the urgency and circumstances.

“Being new to the area I was concerned about where to take my Subaru Outback for service. Walking in I was immediately greeted by Ferg who listened with compassion as I explained how all the different warning lights had inexplicably gone on in my car. He grabbed his device, walked out to my car with me, explained everything he was doing, what he thought had happened & with his extensive knowledge (maybe even some ESP) he reset everything in no time. He unburdened all my concerns & let me give him a big hug, such a relief! I highly recommend this shop & especially Ferg, he's a wonderful human being!”
“The guys at valvoline are great, always going above and beyond. After noticing what I thought was an oil leak after a recent oil change they checked my car and were able to diagnose an unrelated issue. Ferg was helpful and responsive and went above and beyond. Do be aware they're closed from 12-1 for lunch.”
“The women running this place are awesome! I got a flat and needed a tire plugged on Labor Day. A1 was the only place that offered to help. I had my Coonhound with me, and they showered her with affection (and treats) while we waited for the tire to get plugged. The service was prompt, staff was kind, and quality of repair was high.”

“Couldn’t have had a better experience with Dustin! We were in Salida on vacation. We were having problems with a tire. After calling multiple shops and being told they didn’t have any availability we called “Rushton’s”. He understood our situation and was offering to help despite being very busy. We actually showed up an hour early and it was no problem. He got us fixed up and at a very good price! And he also has the sweetest shop dog “Chief”.”
