I recently came into this store, and Mike (the manager I believe,) was extremely helpful with the purchase of my iPhone. I am a business owner, and I would love to have my employee’s lines run through AT&T. See you soon, Mike!

I’ve come down to this store on a couple of Saturdays to get a new phone and I call to make sure they are open and they tell me they close at 6 pm and when I show up at 4 pm they are closed with doors locked and lights off. It’s very frustrating to drive 30 minutes to salida for nothing, especially when you call in advance and they tell you they will be home. Very poor

Drove an hour and a half to go to this store during store hours. ATT says employee is clocked in but lights are off and no one is there. Don’t waste your time driving here or call and confirm someone will be there during business hours.

My mother, 88, went in looking for expertise to help select a phone for my father, 92. She spent the bulk of the day in the store and left with a phone that she was told would work. It doesn’t. It’s too small. She felt talked down too and not listened to. The phone is too small and complicated and she wasn’t comfortable going back for help. Yes, buyer is responsible for what they purchased but one can reasonably expect service and a salesperson who listens and tries to meet their needs. Didn’t happen here. They were also paying for way more of a plan than needed. Jason was really rude to me when I called to see if anything could be done.I sincerely hope he never experiences this situation with elderly relatives and I also hope this review will help someone else down the line.

Wont be coming back to this store, came in the morning to drop off device for trade in , guy didnt do it at the moment no paperwork were give, come back second time asking for it and i got treated pretty bad , had to come a third time , the device dropped was an iphone 13 pro and guy wrote wrong description 12 pro , starting acting all disrespectful not even looking at me while speaking ignoring me. Hope he gets fired and learns how to treat customers. I just wanted to the the paperwork straight, he is paid for that.

Jason helped my Mom & I with new phones. He was very pleasant, patient with us women, who couldn't make a decision and fun to work with. His partner Lucy made our day more enjoyable. We did our shopping while he moved everything from our old phones to our new phones without a glitch! No wasted time. Thank you Jason!

Very angry about my experience at this store. I was absolutely deceived by the salesman.I was on a road trip with my son when my Sim failed. As a single mother, hundreds of miles from home, I needed a phone. I decided to check with the AT&T store. Immediately I was told that I could trade in my phones for brand new S23 models. The + model would cost me an additional $200.00. He told me that my service was going to cost me approximately $135.00 per month. It was more than my current provider, but I decided to continue.He asked me the models of my phones (A-Series) and even handled the transfer of apps from my old phone (A71) to the new one. Because I didn't have my son's phone with me at the time, he told me that I could take both phones to my local store once I got home--then I would be given credit for the trade in.Surprise! I get to my local store and find out that my old phones are in no way eligible for the trade-in promotion. The best they could give me would be $19.99! What's more my actual monthly bill is more like $250.00!!This man took advantage of my vulnerable situation! He knew that the likelihood of ever having to deal with me personally again was very slim. After having spent over $200.00 in accessories for these phones (most at that Salida store) I feel pretty stuck. NOT a very good way to start my relationship with AT&T at all!

Jason was extremely kind and helpful. I had an issue with my prepaid plan/phone, and even though it wasn't his responsibility to help he did. I used his phone for almost 45 minutes and he is the only reason I was able to fixed the issue. Thanks again!

This is the best Mobile phone store we've ever been to. One guy working and handling 3-4 customers at once and cool as a cucumber! Such a nice and helpful guy. I forgot his name I'm embarrassed to say, but his Labradoodle Lucy was in there and she was as sweet as could be. What a great experience. I wish I had that kind of patience and professionalism!

Went in looking for a new iPhone to give as a Xmas gift, not with a service plan. Looking to drop $1,500 but they were rude AF saying if I didn’t want a plan “there the door”. Wow, Ok. So I spent my $ at Amazon. PS. I am at ATT customer, but won’t be getting my phones here again!!
