The people that work here need to learn some professionalism. Stop speaking Spanish to each other at the registers. Just because I am white does not mean I can't speak Spanish. Also, the people who stock: customers are NOT in your way. You need to wait for the customer to grab their products and not hover behind them like we're the ones being rude.

We were so unbelievably disappointed ? this was SUPPOSED to be a unicorn but nothing about the ears, eyes or horn placement looks like a unicorn I'm not really sure what they were going for honestly... No it did not get left out this is exactly how they handed it to me smashed against the box with all the letters looking melted.. like I said I was supposed to be a unicorn but it wasn't, what it WAS is a VERY disappointing THIRTY DOLLAR cake... Yes I had to pay $31 for this cake when I could've done better at home.. thanks city market! ?

What a truly inviting friendly and very cozy looking store‼️We stopped in there briefly on our drive home to Provo from Boulder but the power was out in most of the town Sat03Aug2024 in the evening at sunset.

Surprisingly good selection for the location, but pathetic produce section. Staff is friendly, if sluggish. Bad, bad, bad parking lot, with little room to maneuver and difficult to enter/exit. If it's at all busy, you're taking your life into your own hands in that parking lot with all the morons driving around in it.

City Market, as usual carries most of what I need. Sometimes I have to look elsewhere. My shallow pockets demand it.

The employees at the filling station are ALWAYS helpful, courteous, and kind!
I fill up at the Rifle City Market Gas station whenever I'm driving through Western Colorado on I-70. It's only a few minutes into North Rifle from the freeway, but the savings with your Kroger Gas Points are worth the drive!

This review is specifically for floral. Tl;dr -- They cancelled my order days after it was supposed to be delivered and gave me contradictory and illogical reasons as to why.Placed an order through the website for floral delivery as a sympathy gift for a colleague in Glenwood Springs who lost her husband. Even though this store is located in Rifle, it said on the website that they offer deliver to Glenwood Springs. I placed the order on a Friday, to be delivered the following Monday.Monday morning I get an email that the order is delayed and it has been automatically re-scheduled for the next day. That's fine, I figured they had run out of the plant I ordered and were waiting for the next day's shipment. Hours later that same day, I get a separate email saying that the florist is unavailable and asking if it's okay for the order to be fulfilled on the "next available date" (but didn't say when that was), and that my order is now on hold until I confirm with them. Weird because previously you said it was automatically rescheduled, but okay. I ask when the delivery date is and they now say Wednesday. I say that's okay and ask them to keep me posted.Wednesday and Thursday go by with no word so I assume the delivery has been completed as promised. Friday morning I get an email that the order has been cancelled because they don't actually have any florists in Glenwood Springs. REALLY???? You knew the address when I placed the order a week ago and just now figured out you can't actually deliver there even though your website said you could and accepted the order to that address??? Now it's many days past when the order should have been delivered and I have to find a different company to deliver and probably pay a huge premium for express shipping when you could have just not accepted the order in the first place. Normally I wouldn't be all that mad about it but this was supposed to be a comfort gift for someone who just lost her husband of 40+ years!!!

Rifle's City market has much better quality produce, meats and seafood compared to the local Walmart. Everything is fairly easy to locate and the staff is helpful and nice.
