I came into town today to get a prescription and help a friend who had surgery on his foot, from the minute I walked up to the window. The pharmacist Cheyenne I felt was profiling us, she asked for both of our IDs in a very rude manner and was very unpolite. I don't understand exactly why but I know her customer service skills are worthless and she needs to focus on being a little bit more professional at her job

Wait, wait, wait. 20 minutes to wait for picking up a simple Rx refill is frustrating. It can happen but should it be the consistent experience when picking up a med? Learn from the walmart pharmacy. They know how to process each customer in an extremely efficient manner. For example, I really appreciate how they have customers leave the line for consultations instead of providing a full blown MD visit in line when many others are waiting. Please have your complicated customers move to the side while their issues are addressed. It can make for a much better customer experience for everyone else waiting.

Called to see if they carry a certain drug and was put on hold without talking to a person at all. I remained on hold for 30 minutes. Unacceptable

Worst automated system ever, then when it inevitably can't help you, it puts you on hold and BLASTS distorted music through your ears for half an hour. Would give 0 stars if I could. The store manager also deems it inappropriate to properly staff the pharmacy, so have fun waiting all day because there are only 2 people working. God help you if one of them is out sick.

after asking for a pre cert for my daughters meds to be sent to her PCP, i was told that i cannot helped while the pharmacist was on the phone with me, that she cant call to get the pre cert while im taking up her time on the phone. firstly Sara, its your JOB to answer the phone, and its also your JOB to send the precerts, you have had multiple days to initiate the pre cert and you waited until the PCP called as well as the parent of the patient, i tried to start this process friday, its now end of day monday, i also work in healthcare, and i KNOW this could have been taken care of by now and and i do not appreciate the attitude, this is NOT good customer service.

I moved my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. There are always 5-15 people in line. I have never seen them open the second pick-up lane. Each person seems to need 4-10 minutes to pick-up their prescriptions so you will be in line for a long time. They are so understaffed that they need to take a 30 minutes lunch that constanly screws people over standing in line. Save yourself time and stress by not doing business with this Pharmacy.

Wait time is terrible, don't even attempt calling you'll be on hold forever, then your call gets forwarded to City Market front desk. They need more employees.

The store in Rifle....the meat market manager Sandra takes vacation time every other week and totally dumps on her assistant manager and employees. The general managers sit around on their fat butts in their offices or walking around the store pretending to manage.they only give their non manager employees 20 hIours q week but expect miracles.

Where to start?? VERY understaffed!! There’s not enough room for customers to stand in line, for one thing. The staff seem nice, but so stressed out with their workload. It shows sometimes in their attitudes, or by never answering the phones when you need to call them for something. Kroger, please hire more people….at the very least!!

I’ve always been treated well. I wish they would open the drive thru every day though. I’m disabled and it’s hard for me to stand in line forever waiting for my meds.
