I am a recently moved to Rifle from Phoenix Arizona and started a new account .I had a very unexpected “GREAT” experience.The process was smooth and very informative. DIANA AMAYA was very professional and knowledgeable… but the thing that I liked the most was she made “chuckle”! This was a positive experience and would recommend Diana if you need help.

My boyfriend drove all the way from Utah so he could deposit a check in person. Apparently the check was too big for them to deposit without verifying some information, but the teller said absolutely nothing to indicate this and took the check and told us she'd deposit it. When we checked the account the next day, the check had not gone through and because it was a three day weekend we had to wait until Tuesday to be helped and had almost no money for the trip we had planned that weekend. I don't understand why the teller would not have said something when we were there in person as that was the entire reason we went out of our way to drive there instead of doing it online. Genuinely ruined our weekend and we will definitely not be trusting them with our money in the future.

They like to hold your money so they can make the interest off of it. I want my money when I want to use it.Not have to get permission from a company using my money.

Total disappointment, I had set up an appointment to open my Business Account from 9:30am - 10:30amThought id give Alpine a try (you hear great commercials on the radio)Got a call around 5:00pm the day beforeIt was a lady to take more of my info, then she informed me id have to drop off documents, LEAVE and then return later to sign paperwork.She acted like because of the fact I was not an existing account holder, wanting to open a business account.. it was a pain.I made this appointment strategically to work with my schedule.I can not express the disappointment I have experienced here, and the Glenwood Springs location as well.Same thing in Glenwood, gave information and waited ALL DAY LONG for a call back. NOTHING.DO NOT BELIEVE THE COMMERCIALS ON THE RADIO ABOUT ALPINE BANK, CLAIMING IT VALUES SMALL BUSINESSES. ITS ALL BS! THEY SAY EXACTLY WHAT YOU LIKE TO HEAR WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO BACK IT UP.

You should really consider burying your money in the ground before considering doing business here. The customer service is terrible. This banks practices are well behind the times.

All Alpine Banks are different, that is by Management and personnel, the RIFLE banks have the small town appeal for Locals...and it's fun to go check out the other ones..I really like the one at West Glenwood Mall and then you go to the one at the Meadows by the pet store and it's a whole different situation...so far I've always have been called by the RIFLE Bank to see if I have any problems or need assistance...that's nice...good to give too the Community's they are serving...

After being a loyal customer for over 11 years, we are actively looking for a new bank. Alpine will feed you bs about how they care and want to work with you and when you need them, they basically want you to give them your first born. Never again will we do business with them.

Need to improve the security function of the mobile app. It's almost like it screws it up on purpose to give a rep something to do for 15 min askin the same question 30 different ways. "We're only doing this for your security sir" is what they will probably say, but maybe it's for their own job security. Whatever looking for a new bank any way.

Alpine Bank has been a pillar in our community for many years with their continued support and forward thinking. That being said they have an employee Lindsey Abbott who thinks she is above the morales that were set into place by Robert Young. He founded Alpine Bank with a simple but solid foundation of working for the community being a part of the community, and most of all taking nothing away from the community. Lindsey thought it would be just fine to lie about a few minor details in order to save herself a few bucks and cheat the hard working people of the community out of the tax dollars she,by LAW, should of paid. She said to hell with our schools and to hell with our fire departments, she said to hell with the people who protect us, the fine people of the police department. Shame on you Lindsey Abbott!! You think you are better than the rest of us who abide by the law and pay our taxes without lying to save a few bucks. You think so highly of yourself you don't mind taking money from our schools, our children, our community. Shame on you.
