“Very caring and professional. Everyone that I have come in contact with at this clinic has been knowledgeable, efficient and compassionate. If I have a concern about my 18 year old cat with health issues, the front desk staff will ask questions about the meds, the frequency, and any other and note items. The entire staff is in contact with each other continuously. When they take my boy to poke and prod they are talking to him the entire time, seeing as he is a big talker himself. It puts my mind at ease when I hear this. Knowing that it takes a little time for blood work, our vet will look in on us and state that we are working on it. They don’t have to do this but they do it anyway. People are nervous and or upset when we take our critters to the vet.
