“The room was super clean, the staff was friendly, and it's in an ideal location. You can't get much better value for the money in the high country. Getting the room package with the hot spring passes was a great deal!”

“Outstanding campground! We stayed for 3 nights during a cold snap in May, right before their official season started. 1 night in a Rustic Cabin and 2 nights on the campground side in our van. All 3 nights were wonderful experiences, even without the extra accommodations they have during the summer.Aside from this campgrounds beautiful mountain views, it’s quiet and there is a riverwalk that leads to the downtown area. It’s only about a 20 min walk before you’re hitting stores and restaurants. The employees went out of their way to get us early check-in for 2 of the 3 nights and were beyond accommodating and friendly every time we spoke with them. We couldn’t have been happier with the level of service.Basically, I can’t recommend this place enough and would give it more than 5 stars if possible. We live on the other side of the country, but next time we find ourselves in the Colorado Rockies this will be our first choice for RV campin. ♥️?️?️❤️Nearby activities: Ouray Hot Springs in a 10 min walk up the riverwalk that runs behind the campWalkability: Downtown Ouray is a 20 min walk up Riverwalk that runs behind the campNoteworthy details: On-site laundry. During their high-season they also have weekend breakfast and a restaurant.”

“Lodge was super cool. Rooms were sanitary. Lake view was beautiful. Campfire was super fun to roast marshmallows.

Rooms: Super clean and good amount of space. Beds are a bit small though, not really shareable.

Walkability: If you walk across the lake, you’ll get to downtown.

Food & drinks: There’s the Smokehouse restaurant literally right next to the hotel and the walk to downtown Ouray(where all the restaurants are at) is just a 10 minute walk.”

“I can not speak any higher of this hotel. We were arriving late, around 2 in the morning, a representative called me, and texted me instructions on how to gain entry into the building and my room. She literally left the bedside lamp on for us.The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and cozy. The staff was exceptional! When we woke up in the morning we were in dire need of some coffee. I was walking back to our room when a staff member saw me trying to open my room door with a coffee cup in each hand, she promptly ran over to me to help open the door. While leaving we had a mechanical issue with our vehicle. A stranger stopped and aided us, it turns out that he was an off duty employee of the hotel.I am not exaggerating when I saw that you could not ask for better treatment or accommodations.”

“Rooms: The rooms are pretty dated and plain, but we weren't expecting all that much as it was just a place to sleep for a night.

Service: The lady at the front desk was nice. Check in was easy and we were quickly provided room keys and didn't really need anything else for the rest of our stay. We were also provided free breakfast vouchers for Mi Mexico Family, which is about a 5 minute walk down the street. (Also, even using vouchers they can run a credit card for a tip if you don't have cash!)

Location: It's at the end of the main strip, but there really isn't a bad location to be in Ouray. The entire main "downtown" of Ouray is like a half mile walk at most.

Parking: There's some parking in the middle of the Inn "courtyard" area but it's pretty limited to smaller cars. But you can park against the buildings on 4th if you have a bigger vehicle!”

“The room was very nicely decorated with a western motife. And the location CAN NOT be beat. Keeping our window open to the sound of the rushing River made the best 2 nights of our trip. So why 4 stars? While there is a coffee maker in the room the coffee is Folgers. Gut Rot. Charge another$2 for the room and have something decent. And the breakfast was pretty mediocre. The boiled eggs were so overdone the peeling was impossible and once opened were so dry and rubbery you couldn't eat them. There were burritos in a plastic package, the kind you find at a gas station, and my husband said it was marginal at best. And again, Folger's coffee.”

“Came for a night last week to celebrate Josephine's birthday. Balcony Room 204 was spacious with great light and a big sunny balcony. The spa sauna and hot tub were perfect. Dinner at the saloon outstanding. We nordic skied at Ironton, went to the hots springs pool in Town. The hotel is charming and the restoration was well done, retaining the character of the original structure. Good job all around.”

“Very clean and comfortable hotel. Beautiful gardens, pet friendly, wonderful location walking distance to everything.

Rooms: The room was perfect for our 24-hour stay. It was very quiet and comfortable. It was right next to the river and the dog park. Needs minor updating, but we were really relaxed staying here.

Safety: We parked and walked all over the town and hiking trails. Everything was close. Never felt nervous about anything.

Walkability: We parked when we arrived and didn't need to be I. Our car until we left for our next destination.”

“This review is for the hot springs only, I was a day pass user. I did not stay in their rooms.

The boot springs are fantastic!! Worth the price of the day pass. The lockers rooms were large and clean. The pools were well maintained and with a large range of temperatures. Definitely check out the vapor cave and cold plunge. There is a regular temperature swimming pool for kids and those who don’t want to hot springs. This was the perfect respite after a hard day of hiking. There is a bar with drinks available at the pool but you can bring in your own snacks and water etc. We didn’t try out the attached restaurant but people around us said it was very good. 10/10 recommend and we will definitely be back! The views from the pools are worth it alone.”
