Placed an order for a twin stick kit 3 weeks ago cannot get ahold of them to see if it has shipped, no response to emails or on social media. Tried to call goes straight to voicemail, their voicemail says to email for a response. Don’t buy from them you will never get your parts

Ordered big brake kit through yota masters for my 4runner, hardware was china cheap and the threads flattened out on the bolts and the lock washers were flat. I found this out after realizing my wheel looked off and my whole spindle was about to pop from my knuckle. Now for a $100 part my $600 seal kit is toast ??

Like others are saying, I’ve been waiting 3 to 4 months for my order. I have emailed several times a week, Every week since my order was placed. Only have received maybe two Responses that weren’t very helpful. I know it’s a small operation and it wasn’t lightning fast. But the least the guy could do is respond to emails every day and give real updates. Just gives the feeling that i’m out $900. They make cool stuff, but not worth the hassle. My project has now been delayed for 4 montus

Something happened to my order and after 3 months I had to open a PayPal dispute for any progress to be made. But they apologized, made it right and the parts were exactly what I wanted.
I'd still shop here again.

Wish I had read these reviews sooner. Placed my order a week ago and nothing but silence and does not return any of my emails asking for an order update. It's clear that my order isn't a priority. Go elsewhere.

I'm glad I didn't wait as long as others to cancel/dispute my order and go elsewhere. Terrible communication even after I had paid them. If their customer service is this bad when just ordering a product, imagine how bad it would be if you experience a defect if you receive the product.

Yet to see my order. I ordered a big brake kit from front range for my 60 series and the website said it would ship within 6 days, well that was January 5th and I have not received my order. I have reached out to the company multiple times just to try and get an estimate on delivery and I have not heard back. Very frustrating and had I read any reviews I would have gone with a different company. Save your self from having your rig on jack stands for nearly two months and go with someone who else.

Ordered lower and upper rear control arms, along with a panhard bar for my GX470 in September. Multiple promises that they were going to ship and never delivered. I ended up canceling the order and disputing with my CC company. Almost 90 days without parts. Would not recommend ordering from Front Range.

I was going to write a lower star review until I stopped by the shop and talked to Brian. The lack of communication is frustrating, but he is in the shop working the best he can to get orders out instead of sitting behind a desk responding to emails.
This shop has the highest quality parts and Brian truly cares about putting out a solid product. If you are relying on your parts showing up immediately, order his stuff from a distributor as a lot of the parts are made to order. Sometimes they go out same day and sometimes they don’t, but the care he puts into the design and fabrication is worth the wait.

Lack of communication, we placed an order and have not received any information on shipment for nearly a month. Due to the switch to email requests only, there is no one to discuss orders on via phone and the response to email is incredibly slow.

Why I didn’t go to this company first is beyond me. Communication was quick, shipping was 2 days, product was top notch. Don’t waste your time with the “other guys”. The pan hard / track bar for my third gen is a work of art. Thanks again.
